Description of Work: Schwartz Tree and Landscape did a very professional job: arrived as promised, gave me a detailed estimate, and sent an experienced crew that did an excellent job and cleaned up perfectly when they were done. It was not cheap, but I was pleased with the work they did. I would not hesitate to call on this company again. A pleasure to deal with.

Description of Work: Dave's crew of four came with three trucks, a cherry picker and two stump grinders. They did a phenomenal job of removing 3 very large Spruce trees, three medium size maple trees, a gigantic Sycamore and pruned two massive Silver maples. In addition they gratuitously trimmed some fronds from several very large overhanging Spruce trees that were rather invasive. They managed all of this in two very long days, and by the time they finished you would never know they had even been around. The yard was cleaner than before they even showed up!!!!!! They far exceeded my expectations. Although I would have liked to have paid less, I do believe I got my money's worth, and then some. The foreman of the job, and the workers were extremely polite and bent over backwards to accommodate even the tiniest request. By all means, if you are in the marked for tree and landscape work, do yourself a service and call Dave, you cannot possibly go wrong!!!!!

Description of Work: Called and he came out the next day. Someone ran into my tree and I asked Dave to come out and see if could be saved. He said it wouldn't be worth the risk to invest money and then have it possibly die anyway. I appreciated his honesty. He also gave me a quote for two dead tree removals and stump grinding and 7 tree trims - $1,300.

Description of Work: I hired Schwartz to diagnose a large, old, sick black cherry tree. Dave Schwartz came out and looked not only at the cherry tree, but all of my trees and woody shrubs offering advice on their care and pruning. I ended up, hiring Schwartz and his crew for the entire day and they removed the cherry which was hollowed out and lucky to still be standing, and another maple that was failing. The stumps were ground out, and the good wood was sectioned into lengths of my choosing and moved to my wood pile for me to split and stack. I also had many of the other trees on my property trimmed. A++++ for service and professionalism. Awesome crew! They were conscientious, performed the scope of work and cleaned up. I would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Description of Work: We hired the company to take down 3 tall but thin trees; prune the branches on several other trees, chip a pile of branches, clear brush away from several trees in the rear of the property, and grind a number of small stumps on the property. David came out and gave a most reasonable estimate for the work that needed to be done; his crew came out within two weeks as promised, despite the Hurricane, did the work efficiently. They even picked up some loose branches in the area of their work and chipped them. I would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: I had three big trees very close to the house taken down. This is my first experience using Angies list. David Schwartz came over promptly gave me an estimate. His men did a very good job. They were careful to not dig up the lawn and surrounding areas.They obviously have done this before. I would highly recommend this service and would use them again.
