Ruggieri's Carpet One

Installation of area rugs Jim and Fabio for courteous polite and did an excellent job installing my new carpets. I would recommend Ruggeri highly to anyone looking for a new carpeting.

Doting a bath remodel, middle of 2020 Covid craziness. Ruggieri mis-ordered the flooring I needed. Subsequent re-ordering and re-scheduling of installation imploded tight schedule of downstream contractors. Had to push for a tighter installation date, but even that didn't help with other contractor's schedules. Installation itself was good. Although, hoping that loose edges will be concealed by baseboards and door thresholds and not be a problem later.

Ruggieri laid a laminate floating floor over an ancient existing vinyl tile floor. The result is beautiful. It was a complicated job in a large space, requiring lots of fill work, many doorways and corners. They did the job in two days, brought in extra workers to finish on time, moved and connected my appliances, cut the doors when needed. They did a careful, professional job, and I couldn't be happier with the floor. I would definitely hire them again.

Ruggieri's did excellent work--professional, careful, and thorough. The floor we picked looks beautiful, and it was a complicated installment over an existing floor, with many doorways. They did a superb job and I would hire them again in a New York minute.

They were very helpful in selecting the product because they knew a lot of information and they weren't pushy in any way, very helpful about explaining about flooring which I didn't know anything about. They came out very quickly to do measurement of the area, so it was easy and helpful, gave me a quote and were willing to work with me on reducing that quote. They have added in some things that I didn't knew about, so that was helpful and I believe they told me that it will take longer than they actually did get the product in, so it came in quicker.

I shopped around quite a bit and settled on this company because they had the carpet I wanted and offered me a competitive price. The carpet I had chosen had a pattern to it and I asked the salesman who sold it to me how it would be installed. The salesman told me that the installers "would know how to do it." After the carpet came in, the installers came and removed the old carpet and put in the new. Although I was present during the install, no one asked me how I wanted it to be laid down in the room (i.e., which direction). Upon completion, I realized that there was a dramatic difference in how the carpet looked from one side of the room versus the other (no one had told me this prior). The view I would have preferred to see (richer look, cleaner lines) upon entering the room was facing the the fireplace and could only be seen when looking at the carpet from the interior of the room out. I complained to the company and rec'd challenge after challenge. Although the company admitted that the carpet did look dramatically different from two different angles, they were completely unwilling to change it for me, as this would have necessitated an entirely new rug. This is despite the fact that they offer this "beautiful guarantee" which says that if you don't like the color or style of your new carpet, they will replace it for free. Even though the carpet I bought qualified for the guarantee, because I was asking for the same carpet (just installed the opposite way), the guarantee did not apply to me - of course. I found this company's customer service to be woefully lacking and their interest in keeping my business non-existent.

Excellent! Sales person was helpful and professional. No hard sell - They went out of their way to accomodate us, as we don't live full-time in the house they were laying carpet in. Person who came out to measure the rooms was also great - Installers were professional, efficient, friendly. Will definitely use this group again.

They had put the carpet in originally a number of years ago.

It was very good. I went to the store and they had a lot of good choices as compared to other places I went to. They send you something in the mail with tips on how to take care of the floor.

I HAVE GREAT RESPECT FOR THEIR COMPANY. I HAVE HAD THEM TO MY HOME THREE TIMES. THEY HAVE ALWAYS SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS TO CLEAN UP.

THIS COMPANY REMOVED THE FURNITURE, LAID THE CARPET, AND THEN PUT THE FURNITURE BACK INTO THE ROOM AND I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND I WAS PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.

THEY SENT ONE MAN AND HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THERE WERE ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS ON MY PART. HE DIDN'T MESS AROUND AT ALL. I FOUND HIM TO BE PLEASANT TO TALK TO.

THIS COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE FLOOR. I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE SATISFIED. THE MAN WHO LAID THE FLOOR WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A VERY, VERY GOOD JOB.
