house cleaning
+ -1 moreonce she left my home I found all the things she didn't do. today I called her and stated the above and she said that is called deep cleaning. I didn't ask for deep cleaning. I have never even heard of the saying deep cleaning. I paid her 60.00. she said the first time you have to pay more because she has to clean and get everything organized. I don't understand what she had to organize. my house because it is a clean house. she took advantage of that. all she did was complain about a elderly woman that she has to shop for and get her food and she only pays her 35.00 to do it. she said the ladies family doesn't help her. I really don't care. I just wanted my house cleaned.
Description of Work: she dusted and vacuum. she washed the counter tops in the kitchen and partly cleaned the sink. it had black marks so she didn't use ajax. she cleaned the sink and inside the toilet in the bathroom. she was her 2 hours and 15 minutes. she did not clean the appliances in the kitchen. did not wash or spot clean any of the kitchen cabinets. did not clean the mircro wave. did not clean inside the top of the stove. she didn't clean the sides of the toilet or inside of the tub. she didn't wash the kitchen or bathroom floor. I questioned her about the floor and she said she washed it on her hands and knees except I was sitting facing the kitchen and didn't see her wash the floor.

+ -1 moreRosie is awesome...we have 2 kids, 3 dogs and a cat. Its a total mess. Every other week we get a few days of perfection. Cant wait till she comes back again
