once she left my home I found all the things she didn't do. today I called her and stated the above and she said that is called deep cleaning. I didn't ask for deep cleaning. I have never even heard of the saying deep cleaning. I paid her 60.00. she said the first time you have to pay more because she has to clean and get everything organized. I don't understand what she had to organize. my house because it is a clean house. she took advantage of that. all she did was complain about a elderly woman that she has to shop for and get her food and she only pays her 35.00 to do it. she said the ladies family doesn't help her. I really don't care. I just wanted my house cleaned.
