+ -1 moreThey were good! I had a bed with a remote control. They got all of the furniture put together and installed, but my remote was missing! One of the men from OVO volunteered to come back and lift up the bed so we could get the remote! That was excellent service!

+ -1 moreThe movers were on time, courteous, and did exactly as we instructed. They delivered the contents to our home in New Hampshire right on time, and put all the contents exactly where we wanted them to. They were very polite and courteous and there were no hidden costs with the move. The agreed upon price was what we paid. I would recommend them to anyone. Our realtor was the one that told us about them and I am so glad she did.
Description of Work: They moved our house contents from Rhode Island to New Hampshire.

+ -1 moreThe service was phenomenal. My son felt confident and comfortable dealing with OVO Moving & Storage. They were always courteous and professional on the phone. My son felt the line of communication was always open. Comparing prices of other moving companies in the Boston- North Carolina areas, OVO came in the most reasonable which was also a deciding factor in hiring them. My entire family will definitely hire them again if we need a moving company. They are a class act!!
Description of Work: They sub-contracted another company in North Carolina to do the actual moving. That company was fantastic- punctual, friendly workers and outstanding movers.

+ -1 moreIt went extremely well, no damage to anything and no damage to the men. They accommodated my request to place sliders under the piece so that I could move it within the space as needed.
Description of Work: They moved a very large wardrobe from my rear porch and painstakingly moved it through a narrow staircase to my partially finished basement. They collaborated and made the plan that would work best and most efficiently. They also moved a large bookcase from my garage and moved some items within the garage so that I could park my convertible during snow storms.

Description of Work: Moved my house 3 miles away. We had everything boxes up they just had to move it. I took out at least half of the house by myself beforehand. They were lacksadasjval and slow. It took 7 hours to do a 3 hr job. They were sitting down and bs with my wife while charging me 135hr. They broke my Cabot house bookcase and said they would get back to me about. Cost. They still have not called . Do not use these huys

+ -1 moreThe movers showed up on time and gave 100% for 12.5 hrs! Turns out I had many more belongings than I thought! The movers remained pleasant the whole time in spite of a long day! They treated my possessions carefully and thoughtfully. They placed my goods exactly where noted and I have been able to unpack fairly easily! I would definitely use them again....(hopefully not moving any time soon though!). From the moment I contacted Tony and spoke after to Pete, I knew I was in good hands. I was able to pick up free boxes from them (a BIG plus!), and they took away the extras that I had when I unpacked a few boxes while they were here. Excellent customer service!
Description of Work: OVO movers moved me from my house to my condo.
