The owner of ML Construction was very responsive to bidding on the building of an extension to our existing deck in our backyard. He was very helpful with suggestions. He executed the build in a timely manner.

Moabe and his team were highly efficient and timely. They went above and beyond to redo the whole bathroom (new shower, tile, vanity/sink, toilet, floor tiles, and painting), ensuring that all the little details were covered. They were very professional yet personable and kind. From start to finish, their perfectionism was evident! I highly recommend ML Construction for any work you may need!

My previous deck was constructed without adhering to city codes from the previous owner of my house ð   which posed several issues. I hired contractor Moabe to address these concerns, and I am pleased to report that he did an outstanding job. He successfully brought down the old deck and built a new one that fully complies with city regulations. Moabe's professionalism and attention to detail were commendable, and I truly appreciate the quality of his work. He has made a significant difference . Moabe's work impressed me on several fronts. Moabe and Jose did a full half bath remodel for me. The vision and attention to detail was fantastic! Through all phases of the work they kept a very neat and clean space . The overall finished product blew my mind.If your not using M&L construction your project is at a major disadvantage.

I had a deck replaced that also included an addition added to it. Moabe and team did an excellent job on it. Like any job, there for unforeseen things that came up (not their fault) and they were quick to come up with a solution that I'm really happy with. I had some additional things I wanted done as well such as closing up the siding of my pool and adding a gate to my fence that they did a great job with. I received multiple quotes and they were fairly priced compared to the others with the best reviews out of everyone. I actually already have them quoting my next project as well as future ones my wife and I are planning. Planning for a big renovation job is hard enough as it is, make it easier on yourself and choose ML as your contractor.

This company came to Me via Angi List. In all honesty, my expectations to find someone to do the work was low. Have having said that M& L construction was very quick to respond and even quicker to do the job. In addition, his communications while not on the premises was superior. I would not hesitate. In fact, I will be having them return to build a new cabana, which will be on my new 40 x 45 foot Trek Deck sadly,. M&L construction did not build This deck, however They finished all of the detail work, which exceeded my expectations. Being a homeowner who is constantly updating and improving, not just my house, but the property I recommend M& L construction without hesitation or reserve.

Moabe and his crew not only painted our front porch and back upper deck but also our shutters, doors and garage doors. They were very polite, ontime every day, kept us informed on where the project stood and cleaned up before they left. I would definitely recommend their services.

Moabe and Ml Construction were fantastic in all respects in a challenging project of replacing 1700 SF of mahogany decking with 1700 SF of composite decking. Including a substantial. Number of rotten stringers that needed total replacement. His attitude was positive throughout the project and he would leave the space as neat as possible at the end of every work day. I would strongly recommend ML and Moabe for any construction job. I am currently negotiating with him for the exterior painting of my 4,500 SF house.

I hired ML Construction to repair/rebuild a small existing deck. There was some hidden rot that was exposed during construction but the crew was terrific and took it in stride. The original wood deck flooring was replaced with composite. The job came out looking great.

This was a difficult job. The original deck had hidden rot and had to be demolished down to the perimeter framing timbers and rebuilt. It was made more difficult because the rot had gotten to the major timber that attaches the deck to the house. Moabe did a terrific job using composite decking material for the finished deck floor area. The finished project looks great and was finished exactly on the planned schedule.

Great communication, timely, project finished on time without any issues. I would recommend ML Construction to every one of my friends and relatives. Friendly, timely, open and timely communication. Great value for the money - work product is amazing. I have additional projects that I will be hiring ML Construction for in the near future. The deck we had was sagging and was dated. The railing needed to be replaced as well. They listened to the specific decking and railing we wanted, they found them, installed them in the exact timeframe as quoted. Only wanted funds for materials upfront; did not want to be paid in full until we signed off on the project being complete. Trustworthy and great work ethic. You will be impressed!

Moabe always communicated promptly and was clear that good service and good value were his priorities. Most of the work was done while we were out of town, but Moabe sent text updates on a regular basis to make sure we could see what he was doing and provide feedback if necessary. It took about one working week to replace the existing decking and expand the footprint and improve access to the yard based on a concept drawing from our landscaper Price was well within what we expected to pay. Wouldnâ t hesitate to recommend for a similar project.

I made the right decision by hiring ML. The owner and the guy that works with him, were very professional and friendly. They took their time and worked on my 20 year old deck and restored it nicely....saving me thousands of dollars by not having to put a new deck in. They also removed a ton of old moldy sheetrock and fixed my eve on my front porch. After all the work was done, they removed everything from the property. ML, work was very good and I am extremely pleased with the price, too.
