Description of Work: did not complete fall clean up. Does not do work unless paid in full upfront and then does not return. Save money....do not use them.

Description of Work: The provider was supposed to do aeration and overseeding. He did the aeration but not the overseeding. I told him there was no seed and he is telling me he put down 20 pounds of seed then changed it to 30 pounds of seed. He did not do the work himself but had other workers doing the work. He was on the phone most of the time while the work was being done. I told him I don't see any seed on the lawn and he tells me it takes time for seed to grow. At this point any decent business person would come back to the work site and check what went wrong. I've put seed down before and have been able to see it on the lawn.
