Showed up on time. Had the work finished promptly. I was charged exactly the amount I was quoted.

They were professional and on time. Not sure how the price was compared to others, as we needed it replaced right away so we couldn't shop around. It was a little more than we had anticipated spending. There was a bit of lag time between estimates and service, and not everyone could answer all my questions- I kept being sent to someone else.

The faucets were changed and the drain fixed in a timely manner and everything was cleaned when the tech left.

Service was excellent. Technician took the time to listen to the problem, and explain to me what he was doing all along the way. Shower is now in great working order, nice and hot.

Contacted Malone plumbing through Angie's list on Tuesday morning and received a call back that afternoon. We set up an appointment and they came out the next day. After determining the clog was not in the trap, they snaked the pipe to the main drain then ran the washer and tested the line. Eric, the technician noticed one of the washing machine hoses had a slight leak in it and replaced that for me also. He explained everything he had done and answered any questions I had. .

Tom Malone is very professional; he's the owner of the company. They're prompt and dependable.

I was very pleased with the overall experience when dealing with Malone Plumbing and Heating. They responded quickly to my request and were able to accommodate my schedule for the repair. They said they would send a plumber between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. and John arrive promptly at 8:25 a.m. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. He had me inspect the work before he provided the invoice. The price was reasonable and I'm happy to have my shower working again. I would highly recommend Malone Plumbing to others and will use their services in the future.

tom Malone is one of the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. he knows his stuff. he comes when he says he is, gives you his opinion and quotes prices quickly. he came right away to do the work, ,got the necessary permits and recommended another equally professional contractor to do rest of the remodel. I would hire him again in a second.

Replaced my kitchen sink trap and added an air vent under sink, which was never done by original house owner. Found a cracked nut used to seal my right hand sink drain. That's why it was always wet under my sink. Replaced my sink drain strainer with a new drain strainer. Overall, the two fellows did a great job. They worked together very well. They arrived within an hour and were done within 2 hours. I was very pleased with their work. Gave them a decent tip to show my appreciation..

As always, they guys at Malone plumbing did a great job. We've been exclusively with Tom and crew for the past 13+ years since our first house. They are professional. Period. End of sentence. We've never had to have the same job done twice. I'd highly recommend Malone Plumbing if you want the job done right. If not, go with the three letter plumbing service and then call Malone once it breaks and floods your basement.

Came home from a trip Monday night - finding water in the basement. Called them at 9am the next morning to replace the burst water heater and they were here at 11:30. John was very professional and pleasant too. We have worked with Malone plumbing for perhaps 18 years, since the owner, Tom Malone, was the only plumber. He (and they) have been great and quickly responsive to problems over the years. We have an old house with 2 boilers and 2 hot water heaters. This company is always quick to help with emergencies, and the price quoted before the job is not varied unless there are issues that they discuss with you for consent prior to performing them. Highly recommend.

Lester and his apprentice were excellent. They took care of the third floor first to be as courteous to the tenant as possible. They were knowledgeable and fast. Also very good at cleaning up after the work had been done, they took all the old stuff with them. An excellent plumber, would recommend to anybody. Initial estimate was over $800.00 over the phone. When paying by the hour, speed really counts. Final bill with Angies list 5% coupon was $576.00. Couldn't be happier with the results.

Malone Plumbing was the ONLY plumber that was prompt and responsive to my requirements for an estimate and for the installation of a new water heater. I am very happy with the quality of the work that was done by Nestor and Justin. I will definitely use, and recommend Malone Plumbing in the future. Also, a big THANK YOU to Tom Malone for pointing out that a leak detector and shut-off valve would be a good idea for my system. A leak in my finished basement could lead to a costly clean up and repair. And a thank you to Jim in the office for the professional manner in which he does business.

It went spectacularly well. John came to our house at the time we were told he'd arrive, and determined the problem quickly. Although he didn't have the part, I ran out to get it, and he fixed the problem. He was extremely professional and personable, and did a great job.

Eric is a Master plumber. extremely polite, on time. explained the procedure. cleaned up and tested the product before he left. Very pleased. It is a good feeling to have a reliable, responsible company to call.

I called for an emergency plumber to come to unclog my toilet very late on a Saturday night. The gentleman that showed up was prompt and worked very quickly. The price was very fair and the service was excellent.

Tenant ran out of oil for the furnace (#$!). And with the subzero weather we had, the pipes froze. The tenant called me on Sunday to say there was water every where - the pipes had burst.. I called Malone Plumbing, got the answering service. I was called back by Tom Malone within twenty minutes and an hour later he was at the house, Tom worked very efficiently and was very professional, He replaced 8 pipes; I am well satisfied with the work done. More work maybe needed because the heat was still not on (no one would deliver oil on a Sunday). If so, I will call Malone Plumbing again.

Emailed about the problem on a Thursday night and received a call the next morning and set up an appointment for 12-1 pm that same day. The plumber that was dispatched and called to see if he could come earlier and arrived at 11:15 AM. He appeared knowledgeable and an hour later the job was completed with new outdoor valve and a repaired shutoff. Friendly and professional.

Came on time, fix the problem and made several suggestions to improve my heat system. Great people

I was expecting a new clothes washer to be delivered that Saturday and went down to take the hoses off the faucets. I couldn't budge the hose on the cold water tap. I went into panic mode and checked Angie's list for a provider who worked Saturdays. After I left a message, I realized this was an emergency only to me, but when the call was returned in minutes, I was treated with total respect and professionalism. I was told there would be a higher charge if they came out on the weekend, but I didn't see there was any choice. They arrived promptly unstuck the hose and even replaced the faucet which was in pretty bad shape. I was totally happy with the service, the provider and their courtesy. It was all completed before the washer was delivered. I would not hesitate to use this provider again...and will.

Plumber arrived exactly on time. I had purchased the wrong type of replacement disposal. He was able to get one that day and install it. Very efficient. Expensive but I appreciated the excellent service. I would call Malone again for plumbing service.

Nester and Justin showed up on time and went right to work. They needed to add a new waste line, new water lines, install a toilet and a vanity with top and fixtures. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.These two guys were professional and personable the were a joy to have in our home.

The water pressure was low in my house. Malone plumbing helped me installed two new valves and removed the blockage. They professionally diagnosed the problem, arrived on time, and clean up after. This is a trustworthy company.

I had called another plumbing service and unfortunately they had to cancel after I had made an appointment. I called Malone's and Jim was very helpful in scheduling an appointment for me even though they were booked solid he was able to free up John who had finished up a job earlier then scheduled. John came on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable.He explained everything he was doing and finished up the job in a timely manner and was very neat. I would definitely recommend this company.
