+ -1 moreThey came out for an estimate in 2 or 3 days. The job was booked and finished within 2 weeks of calling them, although they did change the day/time 4 times. They did a beautiful job and were very nice, professional, and clean. The price was excellent.

+ -1 moresmooth and professional. excellent attention to detail (around/under radiators, in closets, etc.). had to call to schedule after getting estimate and they don't always answer the phone but once scheduled it was very good.

+ -1 moreMr. Le came out to my house a few days after I called to give me a quote on installation and refinishing some floors in my house. He told me he would get back to me in a couple of days with a quote. A few days later, I left a message for him to find out when I would be getting the quote. He never called back. A few days after that (about a week after he came out), I called again. I got his assistant on the phone and she said he would call me that night. I never heard from him. I ended up going with John Cabral at Cabral's Floor Refinishing, who not only got back to me quickly, but completed the job in less than a week.
