L. A. Cleaning and Restoration is so much more than just cleaning. Yes, they did a great job deep cleaning for a rental property I own. I also found out they can do restoration, and Linda has a crew that can do most anything. So, I then hired her company to paint the apartment, renovate a bathroom, including replacing two ceilings, fix the plumbing and update some needed electrical work. Everyone on her team is professional, licensed insured and bonded. She has overseen the project every step of the way, on schedule, on time and on budget. I can't say enough about her and her company! I am so lucky I found her through Angi, and will be using them again and again.

They were reliable and friendly but I found the cleaning was not great. I had to clean after they cleaned. They did a great job on the shower and tub and shower doors, but I found the dusting left a lot to be desired. It seemed like they only dusted parts of the furniture leaving me to redust all the furniture after they left,

Mrs. Clermont has been a God send. She has walked me through every step of the way. From her first visit, she has been there, overseeing every project at the beginning, middle, and end. She is not only my contractor but, she has become a wonderful friend. I am thankful for her expertise and the concern she has shown me every day.
