The crew was courteous and efficient. They were thorough and our expectations were met. The whole house from ceiling to floors was cleaned just as Linda described. We were especially pleased with the way the hard wood floors came out. They were scrubbed with a machine and then a non slippery matte wax was applied. They looked new! Linda was easy to work with, returned my calls promptly and has a wealth of knowledge in the home cleaning, painting and renovation business. I would highly recommend LA Cleaning!

Linda was great with communicating my needs to the cleaning crew. They were very willing to keep conscious of my budget, and were willing to work around what I needed. Highly recommend.

You do not meet the painters when you are getting your estimate. You meet the owner. She doesn't seem to know what they can do and what they can't. Make very sure every little thing is in writing or it won't get done. She does not pay her help overtime. So even if they are short of staff she will rush them to get the job done. This is not a good thing. She charge me extra when I asked for a closet door to be done. That was ok. But when it came to not being able to do my bedroom door she didn't take anything off. She said that was free. A few years ago I hired her company to help with cleaning my kitchen including the windows. My windows tilt in. When she came to do the job she said only the inside would be done. I could have done that myself. It was too late to get someone else. So my advice to anyone using her company, make sure every little thing is in writing.

The workers were great. The management needs to learn how to treat people.

Very courteous. Linda (the owner) checks everything at the end of the day for most days. The painters did the best they could regarding dust, although there will always be dust when there is sanding. I would definitely hire again.

Did a great job and put on three coats. All the painting work exceeded my expectations. Very clean and professional. They did put back up the gutters that they didn't put back up but overall I was very happy with the overall. Next time the house needs to be painted I will use them. Did point out other things that they fixed.

They were very professional. I had my rugs cleaned and they came out better than when done by a big name cleaner. It was an A-one cleaning job. I hired them to do my house on a monthly basis. They had no problem with having my dogs there while they cleaned.
