Service was amazing. However, payment needed at the time of completion of the job for first time clients instead of being billed which means you need to be there at the job at the time of completion which can be inconvenient.

My lovely home was left in utter filth by a horrible, slovenly tenant. L.A cleaners sent three people and in three hours my house was so transformed that I wept with relief. Because I live out of state and because the tenant kept delaying her departure, I had asked for next day service, and this urgency was so kindly accommodated. I am very grateful.

Workers could not contact manager for pricing at end of job. Waited for 15 minutes and still no contact.

The people are hard working and stick to their time schedule. They are pleasant, courteous and competent. I found that items that were moved for cleaning were not always placed back in the same spots.

I can't begin to express how pleased we were with Linda and her staff! The painters were timely, professional and meticulous about their work. Linda stopped by daily to inspect the work which made us feel like a valued customer. When corrections were needed they were done on the spot. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and would recommend LA Restoration in a heartbeat. Hiring a private contractor can be ominous. Linda and her staff made it a breeze! Look no further, this is the company for all your painting needs! We will definitely hire again.
