They worked hard and did a really good job. I think they need better cleaning solution for the walls. Their degreaser dulled my tile backsplash and wood panneling. I've had to go over both of those, but they cleaned everything including my floor, counters and appliances.. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

The owner was extremely unprofessional. There was a disconnect between her and her workers, and she was calling me over and over, and texting me, and then told me they were leaving and billing me $150 since they could not get in my house (they were inside my house). She talked to my boyfriend because I could not get off the call and she was yelling at him, and he had to tell her to calm down or he was not going to continue talking to her. Also, $252 was overpriced compared to other places. I had another company come in and paid $180 to finish it. The other company was super nice and was professional.

The estimate was for 14,500$ The final price was 23,000$. The owner Linda Clemont had no idea of the scope of work and even though we had a signed contract said she would stop work unless I paid her new charges. We even had a second signed contract that she refused to honor. As it was my office building the work had to be completed on schedule and I knew that It would be difficult to find a contractor to finish someone elses work this late in the season so I paid her her money. She was way in over her head and clearly out of her skill set. She was unpleasant, demanding. She even insulted the neighbors in an effort to get them to clear the driveway for the painters. The painters were good but that had nothing to do with her. I found her incompetent and greedy. I would not recommend this person ever. David B. Stoll MD

The carpets, area rugs, and general surface areas were mostly clean but certain things were overlooked (inside cabinets, fridge inside and out, bed frame, ceiling) and I ended up having to re-clean certain areas after the cleaning crew left like my bathmat that had foot prints over It and the living room/kitchen floor also had foot prints. I appreciate the dog smell being gone at least, but I did not pay $456 dollars so that way I could clean up after the people I hired to clean. I also had issues communicating about how to pay if I am not home from work. I said several times that I would not be home by the time they were done, so Linda and I agreed over the phone that she would send me an emailed invoice and I would pay by eChecking. I got home a little after 5pm to see the workers waiting in front of my house in the van. One of the workers came out and met me at the front door, I thought he had left something inside, but he told me he was waiting to collect the payment from me. I said ?oh, I thought Linda was going to email me the invoice and I would pay by eCheck? he said --yea she does not really trust people-- I have spoken to Linda and sent pictures of the missed areas, she claimed she could not see anything wrong in the picture, but if I was unhappy she would send them back another day or give me 3 hours to clean after I move everything out of the house. After the communication with the worker, I do not even feel comfortable with this business returning to my home again.

They were very easy to work with. Did a great job refreshing an old fixer upper using paint and their skills fixing uneven wall surfaces.

Linda the owner immediately called me once I made the inquiry through Home Advisor. She was very flexible and fair priced. Danielle and Don came to the house on time, did an awesome job deep cleaning an in-law apartment that was in dire need. They were both very nice and did the job to my standards which is not an easy task! I will definitely have them come back again and I would highly recommend them! Great job to all of you. Keep up the good work!
