They diagnosed and tightened the spray hose to fix the leak. The charge was $99 for 5 minutes work besides travel time. They said that the $99 could be put toward a service I might need in the future, and I planned to do it. However, I paid cash and Guy told me he would email me a receipt. A week has gone by, and I have not received a receipt. I called requesting the receipt, and still haven't gotten one or any response.

Guy and his crew were extremely professional, polite and made sure everything was complete and in order. They explained everything they did and finished well within their time-frame. I would recommend them to any one

Guy's quote was very reasonable and much better than a few other quotes I received to replace a water heater. He was on time, friendly and did an overall great job. Also, I had a few questions about my boiler and heating system and he was very knowledgable. If I have any plumbing or heating issues in the future, I will definitely be calling Guy.

He was courteous ,on time and personable. He knew exactly was wrong and fixed the problem. I'm glad to know I have someone I can call when and if I have any more problems.

Good work, friendly service. Price was as quoted. This time I needed the boiler cleaned/maintained and an expansion tank replaced. I would call again for other types of service.

Called back to reduce bid by ~20% and won the job. Upon delivery insisted on cash/check not discussed on phone. Accepted check. Installer did not provide receipt/invoice. Did not respond to email request for receipt/invoice. Note: no issue with the work itself; however I have no proof of warranty.

I'm new to the RI area and randomly called a few companies from HomeAdvisor. Guy responded the same day I called for a service request. Although he was slammed with work, he was able to schedule the service call within a few days, Guy and his crew arrived on time. The job was to replace an exiting oil supply line. Prior to starting, Guy explained what needed to be done and approx time to complete - which was an 1-2 hrs. Mid through the job, they did encounter a situation where they needed to get a part and were able to leave, return and finish the same day. The cost of materials was similar to what I would have paid at Home Depot. Labor was inline with other Heating and AC companies. I recommend giving Guy Clermont a call.

Guy is awesome! HE came within an hour of my initial call, inspected the system. Got the needed part the next day and installed it. My system runs like new. Highly recommend!

Guy is the guy. Good person. Good service. Good team. Haven't had to fire up the boiler yet, but are quite confident that it will be just fine. Looking forward to a winter without water hammers, which he explained was caused by improper installation of the previous boiler.

Owner is very knowledgeable about AC and different elements or factors to be considered, and clearly explained benefits of such; answering all questions and concerns to our satisfaction. He was available at all times and kept us abreast of progress and what to expect. Crew worked well together and I believe efficiently. They were considerate and cleaned up after each days work was complete. Unit appears to be working efficiently, and we know that Guy is available should we run into any issues. I would definitely reccomend Guy for AC installation.

We just moved in and Guy came quickly and helped us operate our air conditioning system and heating system. He also offered a lot of educational information so we could maintain our home in the future and make our equipment last.
