Eddie's Furniture Refinishing

I had an antique maple wood rocking chair that had a broken leg. It was in my family for more than 50 years and so had sentimental value. Paul Martino fixed the leg and refinished it with the same color, a golden hickory, and a semi-gloss finish. He did a beautiful job for a good price. He even delivered it my house which I was not expecting. I highly recommend Eddie's Furniture Refinishing.

Cheryl and Paul were great to work with. The back of the chair had to be taken completely apart in order to fix the 1 spindle. They did an excellent job with the work and matching the existing stain. You cannot tell which spindle was replaced. I will definitely use them again.

Great, better than expected

Eddie returned my call right away and came out on time, unfortunately he said he couldn't do the job because he didn't think I would like the outcome.

Gave us a price for the work, then increased it once he had the furniture. Kept it for 2 YEARS!!! Despite dozens of phone calls and visits to the shop we never got it back, I finally went to pick it up and took it back after 3 attempts. The furniture was in fact stripped but al the joints were loose and much more work is now required. I would never even consider going back to them and would warn enyone in the strongest terms to avoid this company

The service response was great and within 30 minutes the legs on my dining room table were secure, with no wobble. In addition, Paul, tighened the leaves which were not closing tightly. Very polite proffessional service and would call on them again.

Eddie came out promptly after we called. He fully described the work that would be done, we agreed and he removed the materials for restoration at once. He finished the job within the time allotted. The result is beautiful. The refinishing is like new and perfectly matches the remaining pieces in our set. Eddie is very experienced and professional. We recommend him highly.

He is very simple and different but he's the best. He is a local, a typical Cranston person and he took the business over from his father. He is very friendly, funny and gets the job done. He knows what he's doing and he does a great job. The place is clobbered in a mess but when he delivers the stuff it is beautiful. I just loved it overall. I have some other things that need to be done and I tend to use him.
