It was an awesome experience. I couldn't even express to you how good they were.

We hired Economy Moving & Storage to help us move my mother from a small house to a second floor apartment. The lady who answered the phone and booked the appointment was knowledgable, friendly, and professional. When the day came, the four movers arrived exactly on time. They were all pleasant and treated my mother (who is older and sometimes demanding) very well. They were respectful and answered all her questions without being condescending or acting irritated. Once at the new apartment, they brought up all her belongings and even tried repeatedly to move a couch that did not fit through the doorway (removed the light fixture, removed the door, tried different angles, etc.) When they still couldn't get the couch through they brought it back to the old house for her. Overall, we were very pleased with the professionalism of these gentlemen and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Economy Movers simply provided the best moving experience imaginable. They were punctual, personable, careful, creative and fast.. Very professional. I would highly recommend their services.

I found Economy Movers on Angie's list and contacted them by email for a quote. They were responsive and reasonably priced. I received a confirmation call the day before the move. I had a large truck and 3 gentlemen to move me. I have 3 cats which freaked out once the truck arrived. They nicely waited outside while I coralled the cats into another room. They started the work immediately and worked very quickly. The asked me questions of they came upon anything that needed explanation. I also have some antique furniture that they took extra care to wrap and carry out of the house. They quickly unloaded once we got to the new property and brought everything in. They were prfessional, hard workers, and just generally very nice. I would highly recommend using them.

These guys are great! Three men showed up on time and did not even take a break after 4 hours. They were respectful of my property and were very polite. No dings, scratches, or bumps. They also did not smoke which meant that I did not have to pick up cigarette butts after they left. I hope I do not have to move again , but if I do, I will definitely call them again.

I was very pleased with the service. The rate of $100/hr was for three men and the truck. They were all hard workers and didn't stop, even though it was one of the hottest days of the summer. I would definitely hire them again.

From the beginning, the company was outstanding. The person on the phone was very knowledgeable, asked me very specific questions, gave me an estimate that ended up being right on the money, and told me ways that I could decrease my cost. I was told when to expect the packers, which was 1 day before the move. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and very professional. I was informed when they found something broken in my kitchen and asked if I wanted to pack it or throw it out. They were quite good. The next day, the moving team arrived, again right on time. They began organizing and getting things into the truck. I had some things going next door and some things going to storage. Once again, everyone was polite, courteous, willing to take direction, and we're so careful with my antiques and fine furniture. They were finished around 6:30 pm on a Friday night and I never heard 1 complaint. They were the greatest. I would not hesitate to use this company again and will tell my friends as well.

They showed up on time and evaluated the move and realized that they needed an larger truck. In the essence of time they left two men to start the packing and wrapping process. I was very impressed with the effort and the efficiency of their wrapping since we had a lot of glass furniture that was expensive. Josh and Steve worked to get everything ready for the truck.amd they packed it close to the door. Once the truck returned they spend little time talking and a lot of time moving all four room including two sewing machines. The offload at the new house was nothing less than perfect and coordinated everything was placed where my wife wanted. I would definitely use this company again without hesitations. When you find a good company and we share this everyone benefits from the list.

Things went very well. The Economy Movers team arrived on time at 8:30 am, and were a friendly bunch - because of the hoist, and no need for a crane, there were 4 on the team - Steve, Dave, Ted, and Joe. Very experienced. I showed them where the rooms were, and what needed to move, and they got to work, making short work of the 4th floor room, and then quickly getting items from the 3rd floor moved down. Because there were 4 of them, one guy loaded the POD, while the others formed a "bucket brigade" to move things along pretty quickly. I took apart my "furniture moving window" (building was built in 1910, I suspect this window was specifically larger to accommodate large furniture), and they rigged/hoisted the couch down. They were pretty efficient and while I feared that the POD was not large enough to hold everything, after they were done, I still had about half the POD left! About 3.5 hours from leaving their base to return; I would definitely use Economy Movers again.

Overall they did great work. Highly recommended and mostly really professional. We received lower estimates from other companies but still decided to go with them. The only thing--why professionalism is getting a "B"--that bothered me is that two of the guys constantly kept bickering with one another. At first I thought they were merely joking but then it got increasingly uncomfortable because it didn't seem friendly any more. And they also did moan a lot about the heat that day. Part of me understood that but part of me also thought, if you can't do the heat then you shouldn't take on moving jobs in the summer. It seems that if this is their job they would have figured out ways of dealing by bringing enough to drink or something. Maybe the complaining was just an act designed to get a nice tip. (It worked!). Overall, though, I thought the company itself definitely deserves an "A" rating.

Overall, they were excellent, and the work went very well. They were very personable and professional. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were efficient. They got a lot done and did it all in a three hour window. They had great prices and were professional. Their price was about half the competition.

They work regular hours and provide a good service. They were very helpful to me and were supportive with good advice. My overall experience was quite positive and I've heard others mention positively about them as well.

Service was fast and work gets done right. Recommend!

Bob, the owner, came out to the house where the piano was stored, assessed the move and gave me a quote on the spot. His team worked well together, and the move went smoothly. When the piano arrived at my home there was not a scratch on it from the move. Every member of the staff I've met have been very nice and professional. The biggest thing I like about using Economy Movers is the speed at which I get an accurate quote, the service is almost instant and everyone I've referred them to LOVE them!
