Fairly well until it was time for a quote. Sales person refused to give me the quote on chosen product. Would only give quote to contractor. I am the one paying the bill!

Professional company. Moderate selection of stones. Sherri was exceptional in helping us find the right stone for our kitchen counters, and her colleague helped us figure out the best way to minimize the discontinuation at the seam, given that we selected a granite with lots of movements. After understanding all the issues we had with another company, Sherri did her best to get us our counters ready in less than 2.5 weeks (this was the week of Thanksgiving)! The granite fitted like a glove over our cabinets, and they used professional equipment to minimize the seam width. We did find a small chip on the stone after the installation. I emailed Sherri with photos, and she was able to get someone out and fixed it in less than 5 days. We can barely tell where the chip was. Highly recommended. I have already referred a colleague of ours for their counter replacement.

The guys (Gary and his co-worker - but we didn't get HIS name) arrived early, came in and prepped the kitchen - brought in drop cloths, tools etc. for the job. All old counters were previously removed, and these two came in, measured what they needed to, prepped any walls/existing framework to accommodate the new granite. These two were extremely professional and courteous - and considering it was during the nasty weather we've had here in RI as of late, were very cordial and accommodating. The countertops came out simply gorgeous and are such an improvement to our home. When all was installed, they stopped to ask us if we had any questions re: maintenance, wear, etc., and also cleaned up all of the tools and extra items they utilized during the job. Eric at the main office was very helpful as well in the initial selection of the granite, answering our square footage questions and pricing - as well as setting up the installation schedule. I would certainly recommend this company for anyone looking to upgrade to many types of countertops or any other surfaces they are looking to refurbish!

I thought they were great. They were really easy to work with. We did have a small error on our order and they made it right very quickly and well. We were really happy with them.

East Coast has installed several kitchen counter tops and a wet bar for me. They have a great selection of beautiful slabs to choose from. The quality of workmanship from the template to the finished product is outstanding! All the staff I've dealt with have been neat, courteous, and best if all prompt!

East Coast Countertops & Woodworking Supplies were very good. They did a gorgeous job. They were fairly priced. They were meticulous and the they way they polished the stone and the kind of edge that I had put on looks very nice.They have hundreds and hundreds of slabs to choose from and I liked that.

Staff wasvery good and finished counters look great. Good prices, large selection, only after thought is that Kitchen slabs ended up being not as thick as the vanities
