The units and pipes were placed in ideal locations, with additional connections added so heaters could be added in the future. The technicians worked with us to achieve our goals.

Melissa in the office was more interested in talking than listening. She wouldn't make an appointment when we first called and said she would call back within three weeks. She never did, so we called her. It took three phone from us calls to get an appointment. She said the service is $75.00 for cleaning and .90 cents per mile for anything over 6 miles away. She said the work typically takes less than an hour. She also said we would have to pay overtime for service after 4:00 P.M. We said we didn't want to pay overtime and wanted an appropriate appointment. We made an appointment for 2:00. The tech arrived at 3:30. I mentioned the overtime policy and he told me that she told him to be sure to charge us overtime. We were shocked. When we protested, he said he would not charge us overtime. When the work was done we were presented with a bill for $176. We couldn't believe it. The work took 60-75 minutes but we were charged for two hours. The tech said "they get you on the transit time". The bill also included a mileage charge. This was entirely inappropriate as we live only five miles from their office. I argued and got this fee waived. We still ended up paying $160.91 for something that should have been less than $100. This company cares more about money grubbing than customers. I can't say anthing bad about the tech's work. Our complaint is with the way they run their business and how we were treated and billed.

WE FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THIS HEATING COMPANY, AND WE HAVE USED THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS. YOU CAN TRUST THEM. THEY WILL NOT INVENT A PROBLEM JUST TO MAKE MORE MONEY IN REPAIRS.

WHAT A NICE COMPANY. THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH EVERYTHING FOR ME. I WILL PROBABLY NEED A NEW HOT WATER HEATER SOON AND I KNOW THEY WILL GET MY BUSINESS.
