Did a great job and created very little mess (dust). He also helped to move some of the heavier items in these rooms. He is not as good at doing the paperwork, i.e. providing a written estimate. But he is good to his word on the verbally quoted price. Would definitely hire him again.

Chris is fantastic!!! I called Chris after I had my hardwood floor refinished by someone else and it looked terrible. My hardwood floor had roller marks in several places and the finish was spotty and there were many areas with tiny bubbles. After I complained to the company that originally refinished it, they attempted to fix it only making it look like more of a mess done by an amateur! When I realized my floor would not be fixed to my liking I realized I would have to hire a third party. Chris was the first person I called and was very sympathetic and understanding of the situation I was in and assured me he could easily fix my floor. As I was very upset he told me he did not want me to spend any time worrying about it because he would take care of it. He was sympathetic to the fact that my living room and dining room had been empty for the last two weeks waiting for the floor to be completed and offered to come only days later. Given that I had already paid another company to finish my floor and it turned out badly, he told me I would not have to pay him until my floor was dry and I was happy with the results. This put my mind at ease that he had such confidence in his work. I could not have been more impressed with his work (and I am very picky)! My floor now looks fantastic! He was able to buff and sand out mistakes left by the previous worker. I wish I had originally called Chris to do the work from the start and am so grateful he was able to make a bad situation turn out so well! His work was meticulous! His pride in his work was evident and he paid close attention to detail! He even vacuumed all neighboring rooms to prevent any dust or cat hair from potentially traveling to the the newly finished floor. I highly recommend Chris and cannot say enough!!!

They will be coming to do the work. He set up a time and came out gave Me estimate and is coming back to do the work.

Chris and his wife are the best! They did an amazing job on my floors and I couldn't have imagined they would turn out as great as they did. Chris was referred to me by a friend and was respectful, prompt and friendly from beginning to the end. I work at a place that has had work done to our floors from a few of the big names out there and I can honestly tell you that I called these people for quotes and got treated like a number rather than a customer. Do yourself a favor and give Chris a call, you will be more than satisfied with his work and the way your floors will look!!!
