My sister in-law referred Able Wood Floors to me and I couldn’t be happier with the service, customer care & price! The price quoted was great, their work was amazing & they were very professional in every way! I HIGHLY recommend Able Wood Floors for all your flooring needs!! I know I will be referring them to all my family & friends 😉

The woman owner was verbally abusive, no contract other than text kept trying to charge more money, refused to finished without balance prepaid, left a hack job in the kitchen where they pulled the floor, stole the house keys, and I believe came back with the key and stole all my jewelry! Stay away!!!!!!

Able Wood Floors Inc. It took another company two or three times to fix what they did it was so bad. They were terrible. He was a subcontractor for the contractor used. They sent over a guy that they were training to do it. They left gouges all around the edges of our flooring. It was four areas, so it wasn't just one room. So they gouged all flooring with the sander, it was an edging all around of the original color when they were done, they didn't even go to the edges they dented all of our baseboard heating covers, it ended up on the color they were supposed to put on. When I called the owner and a I asked him to come take a look he basically said we should call somebody else because he wasn't going to be able to make us happy. He didn't even try and fix what his guys did. That was pretty bad. And the guys that did it, did the work, I spoke with them and they came back and looked at and said, yea it shouldn't look like this. And they did it. I think they just didn't know what they were doing. Because he was training somebody new and the owner is right down the street, a half a mile, and he never looked in on the job ever to see what was going on. Which I think was stupid. Inadequate supervision, he did not treat us in a good faith manner I guess you would say, he didn't even want to make it right. He didn't want to try. I don't think we got the money back, I think the contractor that had hired Able I think he ate the cost of that. They definitely didn't give all the money back I don't know if they gave part of it back or not. I really don't have anything nice to say about that company. It was really terrible. They might do a great job for carpet, I don't know. The customer service was the pits, so I'm not going to try them for carpeting.
