Description of Work: He was 3 hours late for move. He was rude during the move and when only 2/3 finished he said he had to leave to get to next job as he was running late. He insisted on more money then original estimate. He was threatening. As it was only myself and my daughter we were frightened and gave him the money and he left. We had to move the reminder of heavy boxes by ourselves. It was a nightmare when I told Angies list they told me to file a formula complaint and then negotiate with this mover to increase the fprating and perhaps he would return some of my money. Angie was of no help. They take no responsibility for recommending this horrible mover. Do t use Angies list and don't use this mover. This mover is listed on Angie's list 4 times as 4 different companies be careful compare addresses and slight variations in name. Angie was made aware of this and has donenothing about it.

+ -1 moreThe move was absolutely perfect. John and his men were very experienced, careful, and polite. At both homes, the piano needed to be disassembled/assembled, moved around delicate furniture through multiple rooms, and up/down stairs. The family who were purchased the piano from were so impressed with John, they retained him for other moving projects. I wouldn't hesitate to use John again.
Description of Work: Moved a baby grand piano from one home to another.
