They could do a better job of examining our lawn carefully. I think they look at it quickly, but I think we had some problems that if they payed closer attention to the lawn they could have brought to our attention and helped us with. But they come and do their application so quickly that it's just not quite the thoroughness that it should be.

Terrible. Needless to say I canceled my service before they could even get there for my first assessment.
Description of Work: Signed up for service and I was told that they would call me to schedule. They did, but it was a machine telling me what day. They do not leave a time so they expect you to be there all day waiting for them. I called them to express my dissatisfaction, so they "put in a request" for a call back to reschedule, and again I received another message telling me they would get there another weekday that did not work for me. Again with no specific time. This company only works if you are retired, have nothing to do and wait around for them all day. Poor service.

We do not need to have the customer at their house for the assessment. We understand that customers have their own schedules also. We also do not have machines calling it is myself the owner who personally calls each customer. We may leave a voicemail with the customer which looks like it happened in this case. Customer also acknowledged in their review responsiveness and punctuality an F but also acknowledged we called her and left a message so that should be an A since we did respond to her needs. Price was a C but if we never went how did she have a price? And punctuality an F same thing we responded to her needs. Furthmore if services performed was no then how can work be completed? I do not agree with the accuracy of this review as it is clearly not accurate and trying to harm my business

They were good. I'd use them again if I could negotiate a good price. Their price is more than the provider I use now.
