My yard is totally destroyed. They came and did 11 services, charged me $700 and got a lawyer after i told them i wouldn't pay . This is a complete rip off. Now I have to make payments for destroying my lawn

It was great. I've been using them for 18 years.

In 2 out of 3 years they burnt my lawn due to misapplication by the technicians. Year one they were very good, this year and the year prior it was awful. The issue is very young, unskilled, poorly trained applicators. They show up looking like they just woke up, no uniform at all, no grooming, etc. On two occasions I had a guy is basketball shorts and sneakers. The company aerated & seeded my yard at no cost both times. Unfortunately it throws off the service schedule because you cannot do weed control with new grass. My lawn started looking worse. This fall they did such a bad job seeding that I gave up. I voiced my issues to supervisors on several occasions. They simply hire warm body seasonal workers and this is what you get. Back to DIY because this is way too aggravating. Hire another company because this one obviously has management issues.

Seascape keeps you informed of when they will be there and are on time. They provide additional applications between the normal applications to help with excessive bug and weed control if needed. They also provide tips on what you need to do as a homeowner to keep it looking good. My lawn looks good, and is getting even better every week.

They didn't cut back to property line the first time. The supervisor agreed with me and they came back and fixed it but it took almost 2 weeks. I wanted a branch that was close to the patio included in the quote but they didn't think it was included in their quote. Since I couldn't be there when they came to do the estimate, I didn't pursue it further.

This week one of the technicians came out to do our lawn. My husband was working from home and noticed that he only did my side and front yards and not my backyard. Our backyard is locked but the company has our lock combos. When my husband called to report this, he was met by the receptionist accusing my husband of being wrong then said "fine we will send someone out in two weeks" No apology was issued. I will be finishing out my contract (I prepaid) and be looking for another company.

I have used other services for over 30 years. Not only is Seascape more competitively priced, it's more professional and a way better outcome in just one season.

For the entire season, they charge close to a thousand dollars, between $900 and $1,000. They are great. They come at regular intervals and put down the different applications that the lawn needs. So, we never have to call or anything. It is just an automatic service that they do. Truthfully, I have not had much contact with them because sometimes I am not even here when it happens. I am usually not here or even if I am here, sometimes, I do not even know they have been outside. They leave something in my mailbox. What stands out about them is that they are just very reliable and they do the service that we need. I never had a problem. We did, at one point, have some tree service with them and that was great, but that was not a recent thing.

Price was very reasonable for specified services. Very prompt with lawn assessment and estimate. Provided services promptly. Fertilizing produced greener thicker grass where there already was some grass. Overseed, however, was not effective on the bare areas, due to lack of soil prep. Core aeration alone was not adequate soil prep for overseeding on Hard bare ground and areas covered in dead grass. I got better results when I followed up with some soil loosening and seeding myself. This should have been obvious to a professional and included in plan and pricing. Granted I have a challenging lawn site, so it needed a more complete plan. Overseeding was done too late in year, immediately before heavy acorn and leaf fall, which further undermined new grass growth. I suggested an earlier, even Spring seeding and agent dismissed the suggestion because of weed growth in summer. Better to have some grass growth mixed with weeds, than no grass growth at all.

Was able to request estimate online, they came out promptly and left detailed estimate in mailbox. Was able to sign up for service through their website and received an automated phone call that the first application would be done in a few days. After the first application received detailed packet on door explaining what they applied and any precautions we should take. Also was able to get a 10% discount for being an alumni of URI and an additional 5% discount for prepaying for the year up front.

I've actually been using SeaScape for several years. I live in a difficult area with many trees. A good lawn has always been a challengle. Other lawn care providers were only marginally better than what I could accomplish. The professionals at SeaScape however understand the soil and ambient conditions and their treatments are quite effective. I find their advice quite helpful and as partners we've achieved a nice looking lawn. I would certainly recommend them to anyone as a long term provider.

I've been using them for more than 10 years. They call before they could come and they come when they say they would. If there is any miscommunication, it is taken care of right away.

This is my second season using them and I am very pleased. They always leave a detailed account of what they did and what they recommend I do in the upcoming season to help for my particular grass.

I use them every year. They show when they say they will. They seem to know what they are doing. They tell me specifically what is going on with my lawn. They do seem to know there stuff.

I like them quite bit. They let me know whenever they are coming. I thought they are reasonably priced. I have no complaints.

The service was effective and the lawn looks a lot better after they worked on it. They were very professional and they gave me some feedback.

I would use them again in the future.

Kevin and two other workers arrived at about 8am and worked until about 4pm. There were three sets of large hedges to cut and various shrubs to be pruned. Kevin did a very professional job with all the pruning. One set of hedges had to be cut by hand because the branches were so thick. We were very happy with the results. We also have their lawn care program where they do the fertilizing and weed killing. Will use them again next year. They offer free estimates and did not require any money down until the job was completed. (They used our senior discount of $50 for the down payment). These are business practices that all companies should be using but we know that some now require $50 just to give an estimate and prepayment for much of the work. We like them so far and will continue with them.

They are very reasonable. They only charge me after the treatment is done and then I get a senior citizen discount. The quality seems fine. They are right here at the time when they say they would be. I am going to be using them right through the summer.

If you don't call and cancel the service, they just assume it's going to go from year to year.

It was agreed that they would leave the wood in manageable pieces and we would split it our selves and keep it for firewood. The job was completed before I came home from work and the tree was the bottom third of the tree was left in huge chunks that could only be moved by a piece of machinery. I called and left a message for Mike to call me and explained that the job was not finished properly and the wood was too large to handle. They were supposed to come back and put down dirt and reseed they lawn and I asked that they NOT do that until the tree pieces had been cut up to the agreed upon lengths. I waited for a call and never received one. Then a week later I came home to find the lawn reseeded and they wood still uncut after I asked them NOT to do this. I made another call and asked for Mike to call me again - which he never did. Five weeks later they called to see why we hadn't paid the bill and I explained that we were waiting for resolution on the issue and also a call from Mike. Well, this time he did call back and said and quot;Oh, is that all you wanted? I don't know when we will be out that way, but I will get the wood cut for youand quot;. So the wood has been sitting on the lawn for 6 weeks and the grass is now dead underneath it, which requires us to fix it. This is NOT good business and could have been resolved weeks ago if they had just called us.

We worked with a guy named Mike and he has been nothing but great. He responded to my voicemail within hours. he came out the next day to assess the lawn. He left very detailed notes and reccommendations. He did not try to push the high price products. We spoke on the phone for a bit to talk about the process. Within a day we agreed and they came out and did the first application. They have been great.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable in their field. We will continue to use this company as well as recommend them to others.

I was looking for a lawn care company to fertilize and provide weed control to my lawn. I used True Green the year before last and they were ok. I looked on Angie's List and Seascape got good reviews. I contacted them via Angie's List, and they responded to me within 24 hours. Once I spoke with them, they sent someone out the next day to evaluate my lawn. They gave me a quote which I found reasonable-it was less expensive than True Green. They had different lawn plan packages with different prices. I liked the fact that the technician did not recommend the most expensive plan. They treated my lawn within 3-4 days of their lawn evaluation. When they treated my lawn, they left some very informative information about my lawn's condition/treatment and left recommendations for me. I am very pleased so far,.
