The kitchen came out amazing. The contractor's brian and Landon were great. Tim was awesome to work with. Definitely going to hire them again for our next project. Great team

Tim and his crew were very respectful of our home and did not do any damage to the surrounding areas. The Reno was an upstairs interior bathroom which meant lots of trips up and down the stairs and through a freshly painted hallway. Not a mark. They came every day in a row (in other words, they didn't start the project and leave to move onto another project) His team was pleasant and easy to get along with. They made some good suggestions and alterations when things didn't go according to plan. I had a small time frame in which to get this project done and they made a commitment to the date and stuck with it.

Once we made the inquiry, Tim from Precision Renovations contacted us immediately. He came to our home and we discussed options for what we needed, and a plan was made to build our new deck. From the moment his team members showed up, they worked hard every single day and took their time to make sure that everything was done right, up to code, and followed all safety guidelines. I cannot express the amount of detail that went into this project and we were absolutely blown away by the expertise and craftsmanship of the team. If we had questions or any issues arose, Tim went above and beyond, was hands-on, and came to our home to discuss these with us to work on a solution. Our deck is absolutely beautiful and we are so grateful to have had Tim and his team complete this project for us.

They are really good, professional and very clean. Everything has to be perfect for them, even if it's just a few inches off he will still make it right. He is also always on time and very punctual and will not leave until the job is done.

Tim and his crew were professional, polite, and took care of our home as if it were their home. Tim worked closely with us from inception to completion, always letting us know if he encountered a problem (it is an over 100 year old home), the various options and his recommendation. Would definitely hire them again.
