This company does not have their service respond with realistic information.
Description of Work: We invested in a new boiler and hot water tank with this company expecting to have a good relationship for years to come. Well our mistake was we forgot to renew our contract so when we called for emergency service he totally ignored us. Maybe that is his way of saying don't bother me, though I don't know why he wouldn't have just answered the call and said that. Or have the service say it. Yes I was angry that they made us waste a whole day thinking they would come, the service kept saying he got the message, only to finally admit at the end of the day he was out of town. So yes, I am giving him a thumbs down on both this page and BBB although BBB hasn't posted my review. So he would have got the last laugh, because we would have had had to pay emergency service on a Sunday, except by some miracle the problem mostly fixed itself. So karma I guess.

While a human being at a purported answering service took my name, address, phone number and message every time, never once did I hear back from this fella. The reason I tried more than once is that a friend had suggested I call him for my project. It would be foolish to hire this gent because the likelihood that he would be responsive to any future problems with the system is, by his own behavior, nil. Only one other review (at present): all A's, no details whatsoever. Truly?
