I had an old pressure treated wood deck in the back and on my front steps, I called Bob and he came over quickly to take measurements and walk me through the process and costs for a trex deck. I was surprised at how reasonably priced his quote was, especially since my deck was doubled in size. The work was done efficiently and I love the quality and end result!! Would recommend Bob to anyone, he and his team do great work

Work and workers were on-time, professional, courteous and capable. decking was removed then structurally reinforced in a superior fashion before the Trex was installed. Price was fair and finished product was flawless.

They gave me a quote and they did what they said they would do and I am very happy with the service.

Signed a contract for a specific amount, told me after he started the job that it might cost a little more which I said ok figuring just a couple of hundred more. That little extra cost 900 hundred and eighty dollars more. Some of the decking is not even, one banister on the railing was upside down. There were other thing's I wasn't happy about but that much extra money is what bothers me the most.

There were MULTIPLE workmanship issues during the project that were pointed out to crew. Some were fixed, some still are not. For example, one issue we had was the posts at the top of the stairs. They were not on the same plane. They were one board apart! One worker told me that was because it was an outside job and that gets finished differently than an inside project. That was incorrect and ultimately corrected. I could go on... but the biggest and still unresolved problem is with the stairs. They are built on an angle going down from the deck. The owner will state the steps themselves are level, which they are, but the staircase itself is not "squared" and is obviously skewed at an angle to the naked eye. I unfortunately paid the company in full on "good faith" and was told any corrections would be made. Bob the owner has stated the job is done. No options to correct have been attempted or given to us. We are extremely upset and disappointed at the quality of the finished project. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well as spoken with Home Advisor, the company that we used to hire the contractor. It has been almost one week since both complaints were filed and I have received no response. The BBB has suggested that I contact the Attorney Generals Office. I guess that is my next step. I would definitely not recommend this company!!!

Not good. Apparently he ran into issues and the job ended up being more involved then what he originally assessed. Was told by the owner he lost money on the job. It took a day and almost a half. Then they left a mess including wood dust. Chips nails and screws and white sticky calking. I had to point out work wasnt completed. There was a gap along bottom and sides of door. They stripped a screw on the lock and wasnt all the way in. Doorknob jiggled. One rude worker was sent back to my home 4 times. They cut bottom of door to fit and it was uneven and warped on edges. Also feels hollowish underneath. Door got scratched and scuffed during install. Instead of covering cut bottom that feels hollow they came back and put sweep covering front and back. I have alot of work to be done on my home and would never trust them with any of it!

Quoted us 12K, for just a installation of a partial deck, no materials!
