J. Lemme Well and Water Systems

On Thursday evening at 6:15pm while showering, my water suddenly shut off...water in the entire house, no flow what-so-ever. I called J. Lemme and left a voice message, within 10 minutes I was in contact with a representative from the Company who advised me she could have a service tech here the following morning between 8a and 12p. The techs arrived at 8:30am the following morning and quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed pressure switch caused by a bad storage tank. They left and returned within an hour, restoring my well water function quickly, professionally, and very fairly priced with a new switch and tank!! I would highly recommend J. Lemme for your needs!

They were fine, you on the other hand are a pain in the ass. Would definitely not use again because of the spam that I specifically asked you not to send.

Contacted them in the middle of the night. We had a message from them by 6am. Not a clear cut problem. They stick with us the entire day and lined up any additional services we needed. Complete pros! Wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

I contacted this firm on a Thursday afternoon when my well stopped pumping water. They took down my information and gave me a timeframe of 3-6 pm for coming to the house. Shortly after that I received a call that they were on their way an hour and a half early. They had everything they needed on the truck and were able to replace my well pump without having to leave to get spare parts. All in the time required to diagnose and repair to get my water flowing again was less than two hours total. The team was professional and super efficient. I was completely satisfied and would recommend to anyone. They more than met my expectations. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with this company. When I say that they made me feel like I was their only customer, I mean it- no exaggeration. From the first phone call to the finished work, everyone I dealt with was very helpful and communicated (and followed through) everything very well. John Lemme came out on the earlier side of the time window I was given, and after his assessment, gave me a clear idea of what was going on, and what would be needed to fix it. Besides this, he was very friendly and professional. He stated that he'd have a crew out in a couple hours to begin work and, sure enough, they arrived in a couple hours. When they arrived, I asked about how long the work would take, and they said 2 hours or less, and again, they achieved that. They left the work areas clean, and I went from having little to no water at times to having it back to normal. On the financial side, looking at the age of the previous pump, there was a big question of whether it would be covered by warranty, and the company worked with their supplier to end up having the new one covered! I was incredibly surprised, and only had to pay for labor. Clearly this company has very high regard for their customers, and they've just earned any of my future business.

We stopped getting well from our water. They responded quickly; within an hour. It did not take John long to diagnose the issue and the repair was completed promptly. We have water again and couldn't be happier.
