Beautifully! It was so easy to schedule an appointment on their website and I received several texts confirming the day and time, and then letting me know the technician was on his way. He arrived on time and got right to work. It took him about 45 minutes to repair my door and it opens and closes easily and quietly. I'm very happy with Fagan!

Fagan Door gets an A+ from start to finish. The person who answered the phone was pleasant and responsive. They could send a technician out the same day. They gave me a small window and the technician was there at the appointed time. The technician was top notch. He identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. He asked me to go look for our garage door openers so he could reset both of them to work with the doors. He suggested we get two power strips so the problem wouldn't happen again. All in all, they were excellent from beginning to end. I would highly recommend their service!

I gave a B for price because I didn't "shop around". and I didnt shop around because Fegan Door (FD) came highly recommended and the reviews here was enough. (not to mention I wanted to get into my garage!) so take the cost, with that in mind. everything was top notch and professional. they were early, installed and tested the opener and programmed the keypad for us too. he also surveyed, at our request, the current door on the garage. He said we had a few good years left with it and replaced a bolt or two. WHICH IS AWESOME and frankly, that right there is why Id recommend them to anyone AND make sure I use them when my door finally gives out on me. thank you for being honest and a great experience - rather than being left feeling "taken for a ride" bravo, keep it up!

Garage door technician was punctual, and really tried hard to evaluate the best, most cost effective way to address the immediate issue without putting pressure on me to commit to purchasing a new door at that time. It was clear, however, both to me before the garage door was looked at. And from the expert assessment/inspection of the condition of the door that replacement down the line would be necessary. I did Not receive a follow up call, But the initial point of contact person (Melissa) was stellar— called me right back and quickly set up scheduling. I understand from the technician that came out to the house that when I’m ready, there are many options tailored to my taste and needs to view online. There is even an option to download pictures of the front of your house with different garage door styles so you can better visualize. Will be calling them again to choose the right balance between functionality, and aesthetics in a garage door without breaking the bank.

I was provided a pre-Estimate (Invoice) prior to scheduling. We easily agreed upon a date of service/Installation. Prior to installation, a while back when I had my old garage door repaired-by Fagan---- a salesperson assessed my current door, informed me that I probably was due for a New Door---BUT No High Pressure!--which I really appreciated. The old door repair lasted me about a year, But I always had in the back of my mind that I needed to replace the door. On the day of installation, a team of two arrived. They were prompt, informative, and Very personable. It only took them a few hours to dismantle old garage door & associated parts, And then Install the New Garage Door w/New Remote & Motor. (I decided to replace the whole unit, since the motor, and remote were also old). I was Very happy with their work. They cleaned up after themselves, completely. Most importantly, they were very professional, and had a wonderful attitude. They even went over the instructions for coding (if I needed in the future) for the remote password code. They also ;went over with me when & how to lubricate the metal hinges---And even left me what was left in the bottle! All accompanying manufacturers' paperwork was provided. The new door closes very quietly, and smoothly. It is also attractive! I would definitely recommend Fagan Doors, and would hire again!

They came out same day and patched up my broken spring so I could at least open the door. They ordered two new springs for me and came back to install about two weeks later. The install went fine but it was late when they finished so I didn't notice that the door wasn't sealing on one side. I called them back and they sent the same guy out. I asked him to adjust the spring so the door would seal but he refused insisting that instead I should buy a larger seal from them. I tried to tell him that it show light before they replaced the spring so I didn't think the floor settling had anything to do with it. Further he could see that the top doesn't seal either and when the sun shines on it lots of light comes through the top and bottom on that side and none did before. I used the garage for storage of a summer car and motorcycle during the winter, so I have been using a 2x4 to try to seal it against the cold. Eventually this spring I will either calll another company or try to adjust it myself.

Outstanding work. Responded within 24 hours to evaluate the job. Had to return for additional measurements. Completed work as requested within 2 weeks.

There was some confusion about needing to be home for the services performed. Once that was cleared up everything was great. Fair price and good service.

Very well. Had the work done about 5 years ago and have had no problems with mechanisms or door itself.

Work was fast and easy, 2 guys came in a van. They fixed the spring and greased up the doors, left us a can of grease and instructions to grease every 6 months. They were in and out in 1 hr.

We contacted them through Angie's List and received a prompt response. The representative later called to set up a date and time for an estimate. The rep, David, arrived on time and gave me a quote which was reasonable. An installation date was agreed upon and the tech arrived a few minutes late, but I was informed of it prior to, which was very helpful. The technician did a fine job and was very professional. We were pleased and would use them again.

Everything went smoothly and the work was done quickly and professionally. We are very satisfied! I think that they are a little pricier than their competitors but I think it's more than worth it for a quality product installed by a very detail oriented crew.

I couldn't have been happier with my experience with Fagan Door.

I initially thought it was going to be a disaster since the tech was an hour late. However, once he arrived he was friendly and professional. He removed my old garage door opener and even took it with him which saved me the aggravation of having to get rid of it. He explained all the functions of the new door opener and even serviced, lubricated and checked over both of my garage doors (a service that usually costs extra). When all was said and done I'm glad I went with Fagans and I would recommend them to family and friends and use them again in the future.
