They were excellent, The sealing was great that prevented the molds from coming back.

+ -1 moreIt went great, I had used them in the past for a roof leak, so that is why I called them again. Maxx came out right away and gave me a very good price. The work was completed quickly and the did a great job. The workers were professional and very personable. I will call them if I have another problem, great company!
Description of Work: I had a slow water leak in a garage that turned into a mold problem. The walls and floor were affected.

They are reliable, meticulous and thorough (in the past i had issues with my sprinkler head being damaged with lawnmowers or no-shows....fortunately didn't have to deal with this with DAI). Cory is very responsive both via email and text. He is flexible and always willing to help and answer questions. Also learned DAI does snow removal - their quote was competitive so I will use them for snow removal as well :) Overall great customer service and competitive pricing!
Description of Work: Ongoing lawn maintenance. Cutting my lawn, mulching,trimming/pruning shrubs and plants.
