They came to "look" at the issue and decided to deal with it another day. Never returned, even though we attempted to contact their people multiple times. We hired Jaswell's Water Well Systems in Smithfield RI and they fixed Lorenson's installation problems in two hours. As another note, Lorenson installed on our property an outdoors pump controller built to NEMA4 and chose to drill a hole through the enclosure, violating its air and moisture tightness. Did not even bother to re-seal the enclosure. After 3 years, the controller failed because of excessive moisture accumulation and we had to pay ourselves $1600 for a replacement. Profound lack of professionalism in technical and customer service related issues. Stay away!

Went very well. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant, she took all of the information and said I would receive a return call as soon as the owner came back to the office. I received a return call within an hour. He asked a few questions and gave me his opion as to what was wrong. He came to the house that day, checked out the water tank and it did in fact need to be replaced. He had brought one with him thinking that was probably the problem. The tank was changed and he was on his way within an hour or so. He was very responsive, pleasant and informative. I work definitly recommend the company.

He came right out and was in and out in no time. He provided good service for a lot less than I expected to pay.

They did their Job quickly and adequately. There was some discussion about a component of the job having been under warranty, for which there should have been no charge. I wish they would have offered that up themselves (as they had been the ones to originally install that component). After I wrote a letter, our assertion appeared to have been accepted and that portion of the bill was waived.

THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH THIS COMPANY IS THAT I FEEL THAT THEY DID NOT DRILL DEEP ENOUGH FOR THE WELL. THE WATER TURNED OUT TO BE REALLY RUSTY, BUT THEY SAID THAT IF THEY HAD GONE DEEPER THE WATER GALLON PUT-OUT WOULD HAVE BEEN COMPROMISED.
