We didn't end up using them. We got like six different quotes and theirs was probably about $8000. I remember their pricing being high. The person that was responsible for coming and taking the measurements sent us a letter apologizing that he misplaced our information so it took a while for him to get the quote to us. He then went on a vacation and during that time we found someone else to do the roof so that is why we didn't end up going with him. All he did was come out, give us measurements, went on a vacation and lost our information. I realize that those types of things happen and he did send a letter of apology. I wasn't angry with him but it's just during that time that I found somebody else. He did lose our quote and it did take a while to get back to us.

Marc came out to our home on a Saturday morning for a meet and greet and to discuss our project and ideas. He was late for our appointment, took phone calls during our meeting, left our meeting to respond to another customer and was late returning to our home to finish our estimate.The following Friday I called him for a status check and was promised an estimate by the end of weekend. I called again Monday and was promised I would receive the estimate by 10PM that evening. When I called him yet again the next day his phone was not in service. I tried to find information about him with the State of Rhode Island Contractors' Registration Board only to find he is listed under another name with multiple violations for Insurance cancellation and currently his insurance is expired.

All projects performed as agreed. Since we used Marc and his crew in the past we knew pretty much what to expect.Would recommend this company, and will call on them again.

Overall, it met my expectations, but as I said it was a very frustrating job for both of us. Be prepared for extra costs if you want the job done right.

Poorly installed siding caused a leak which ended up coming in dining room. Marc was prompt in presenting a detailed proposal. Started the work on time and ended on time. Work included repair of dining room ceiling - resurfacing the dormer. He was recommended by a neighbor and was working on another neighbor's project when we hired him. Crew was polite. Clean up was very good. Have hired him since for various projects. Very good results at fair prices.
