Description of Work: He broke the first appointment, and called me the morning of the second appointment to tell me he wasn't equipped to do the job because I was on the third floor of my condo building. When I made the appointment I told him that I was in a five-story condo building. Apparently, this person can't wash windows above the first floor because he doesn't own a ladder.

Description of Work: I have used this company twice and are very happy with them. They cleaned my couch and also the tiled floors in both my bathrooms. I would absolutely recommend them. They were on time, professional and the cost was very reasonable.

+ -1 moreI needed our ducts cleaned since we just recently bought a old home and a bad smell would be apparent when the heat ran. So, they came and inspected the area , which turns out most of my ducts were just insulation tubing, no actual metal ducts. So they couldnt use their machine to clean them. So they were very nice and didn't charge me for the visit, probably felt bad for me.

+ -1 moreThey performed the job as expected. It seems I have 20 air ducts and they charge per duct. So it was more than I was hoping to pay, but I have no concerns with the quality of the work. The 2 guys that did the job were very professional, courteous and performed the work in about 90 minutes. I would use them again, but possibly negotiate a set price vs. paying per duct
Description of Work: They came out to my recently purchased home and cleaned the air ducts. They removed the covers and inserted the spinning vaccuum. replaced the covers when completed.

+ 0 moreThey came to clean carpets and sectional. The previous owners had dogs and you could still smell them. They offered to come back and do a rinse and freshener. Haven't contacted them yet to do that because it's winter and it would be a moot point being that there is snow on the ground.

dryer vent cleaning

Description of Work: I had my dryer vent cleaned. Sounds simple right? To start, my dryer flex hose went into the wall and up into the attic and had all kinds of turns and bends before venting out . The original installer of the dryer did a hack job, that it made it almost impossible to clean out the flex hose, but this company managed a way to be successful. I then asked, if they could re-route and install a new flex hose to bypass the original and not have this problem in the future. While they were figuring an alternative, I thought they would have to break down a wall, create a big mess, and that's probably what others would have done. These two guys came to my house from "All-Star Cleaning Co." George and Derek, you could not ask for nicer guys. they were both very knowledgeable in their craft and could not do enough for you. And they did not break down my wall to re-route a new flex hose for my dryer. They called their boss and all three managed a way to bypass the existing set up and were able to install without knocking out a wall . I won't go into details, they made a very small square hole and gave me a new set up. It looked like it was there from when the house was built, It blended in. These guys were amazing.

+ -1 moreThey were personable. They were pretty professional. They did seem to have broken some tiles and didn’t mention it to me. I don’t know if they knew it but I saw tiles broken when I went out there. Other than that, they were nice guys. They did a good job. They were on time. They did everything well. I probably am questioning hiring them again because of the tiles, that’s the only thing. It was a small issue, but in general they were pretty good. Their price was competitive. They were very good at responsiveness.

Our tenants just moved out and the cleaning made the carpets look good as well as make the apartment smell good again. It was like 95 degrees out and a Saturday but he never complained and actually gave us advice on another project we were working on.

+ 0 moreagain these guys were on time for the appointment and i recieved a 30 min call ahead. they showed me the inside of my air vents before and after, i was really surprised how dirty they were and the machine they used is really cool and does an awsome job! as far as my windows they look amazing! ive used a few other companies in the past to clean them but they have never looked better than how they look now. the quality and price is amazing with this company and i would refer them to anyone!
Description of Work: this is the second appointment i had with all star this month and again im overly satisfied. they cleaned 11 air duct vents and cleaned about 20 windows.

+ 0 morei was able to get an appointment very quickly with a 2 hour arrival window and i was told a 30 min call ahead. The day of my appoinment i actually recieved the 30 min call ahead and they were perfectly on time. The 2 guys that came, Dave and Mike were some of the best service professionals i have ever had do work for me. very friendly and personable, hard working, there was no pressure selling at all, everything they cleaned dried amazingly fast, and in all seriousness they blew the last company out of the water with the results! I am beyond satisfied with this company, and i have scheduled them to come out on May 18th to have my windows and air ducts cleaned. i will write a follow up report for sure.
Description of Work: I wanted to try a new cleaning company rather than use the same one ive used for years, honestly i just wasnt happy with the work anymore, I contacted All-Star through e-mail the start of this month and i was shocked when i had a resonding e-mail within 5 min. i got a quote of about $250 for a sofa, love seat, chair and 3 rooms to be cleaned.

They did not do any renovation work. They charged me $60 for the job. I will use them again in the future.

+ 1 moreAside from being late due to a flat tire, they were hard working, eager to please, professional, and thorough. They cleaned my gutters and dryer vent at no additional charge. They did fail to put two screens back in place, and are coming back to take care of them. If not done in a timely manner, I will write a follow up report.
