PATRIOT DRYWALL & PLASTERING

I recently had Patriot Drywall do a small plaster job in my basement. They quoted the job and told me they would be applying three full skim coats of plaster and the job would take a full day and a half. The first day they covered the screws and joints. The second day they removed their equipment and nothing else. I contacted the order and was told they were finished. I told them they left the place a dusty mess and that my security cameras show they were only on my site for 5.5 hours in total for the two days. An hour and a half the two guys walked around my yard and stood on boat dock. When confronting the owner with this information he got agrumentative with me and my wife. Ultimately told me not to contact him again. There was only one pail of joint compound and two bags of plaster used on the job and approximately 4 hours of time. Comes out to $700 per hour.

The customer service and quality of work was incredible. I had lots of questions before and during the project. John answered all questions and provided the details and context I needed. When there was a last minute timing change he was able to accommodate without any issue. The finished work looks great and is ready for the next phase.

From the very beginning, it was a pleasure working with John and his team. Prompt response to my call for information, and constant communication. The work team (Daniel, Christian and Tyler) was excellent, always on time and would begin the day explaining what they were planning to do and then they'd do it. At the end of the day, the work area was cleaned and I would get a summary of the work completed and what they expected to get accomplished the following day. My house is almost 100 years old, Patriot Drywall did a great job and my old horsehair walls and ceiling look fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had Patriot drywall and plastering cut out two damaged areas in our ceiling and repair both spots. When they were done you couldn't even tell where spots were. I would definitely use them for any drywall projects I have in the future
