Description of Work: This is a great company. I had them out three times in the past two months. They replaced my hot water heater and replaced the overflow tank which was about to rupture. I'm new to RI and had no idea what this tank until my HVAC technician told me it needed to be replaced asap. He recommended Hawke, I called them immediately and they came out that afternoon. The third job involved venting my dryer. On all three jobs they were excellent and provided high quality work. Each time I called they were able to come out that day.

They have dealt directly with the manufacturer who is overseas and we were able to get the parts that we needed quite quickly and cleaned up quite nicely after themselves and there was no mess for me to deal with. They are very responsive and does a thorough work. I would absolutely use them again.

+ -1 moreMy radiator didn't seem to be working. Hawkes Plumbing and Heating came out and looked at it, and gave me some information on how to maintain it. Nothing needed to be replaced, it was just a maintenance issue. They arrived on time and they were courteous and friendly. They don't take credit cards, which surprised me.

+ 0 moreHawkes Plumbing and Heating installed a new furnace for us. Tony Hawke runs a very professional business and I highly recommend him without hesitation. He arrived at our house (on time) to give us an estimate. This was written up and faxed to us. We signed the contract and faxed it back. He told us the date he would start the job. The day before he arrived with all the parts he'd need so that he or his helpers would not have to leave and go get more parts. The entire job took two days and after the first day he cleaned up the entire area. He disposed of our old furnace. A few days later, he followed up with a phone call to make sure the heat was working properly. He's the best contractor we've ever hired.
Description of Work: - Gave a written estimate of work to be performed, signed and dated by him - Gave him a deposit on the first day of his job - Arrived on the scheduled date and time as prearranged - Thoroughly cleaned up after the job was through - Called us later to be sure everything was functioning correctly.
