Following my initial call John Ferucci responded promptly and explained everything clearly and thoroughly/ He presented a fair estimate for the necessary work. The crew arrived a few days later and completed the work in a timely manner demonstrating professionalism. John also "pointed" some needy crumbling cement not related to the retaining wall damage. (no charge) Nice cleanup following the job. I recommend Greenskeeper based upon this experience.

They fix all the landscape and even did a few extra things to make the job perfect. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs landscaping work. I like the work so much I had them come back and mulch the gardners for the spring.

My parents have a fairly large yard that needed a major cleanup. John came out promptly and gave me an estimate for the cleanup; he was very professional and clearly knowledgable about the process. We scheduled the work for the following week, and he and his crew were here promptly on the agreed upon day. The crew was also very professional and extremely hard working, explaining the process to me and handling my last minute requests with humour. It began to pour only a few hours into the day-long project, but they kept working until it became impossible to continue. They were back the following morning and worked for four straight hours without any breaks. They not only removed leaves and tree debris (without damaging any of the already blooming plants), as was discussed, but removed large limbs, tidied up all areas of the yard, weeded and pruned, redefined existing beds, tilled the soil, and rearranged existing lighting and yard ornaments that had been knocked over and buried by storms and leaves. The yard looks incredible - it doesn't even look like the same space! My parents are so pleased that they will be contacting Greenskeepers to do a whole new landscape design.

He is very efficient in coming out and checking things out for us. He got the bid back to us very quickly. He works out of his home, so his mom answers the phone and she is very sweet!

John was very good to deal with, did more than we agreed on and charged what we had agreed on from the beginning. He was always on time, returned phone calls promptly and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend him to anybody.

John, the owner, was prompt, reliable and professional through all aspects of the project, from estimating, planning through to installation. His crew was also reliable and hardworking. The result is wonderful and exactly what we wanted and had discussed. John was excellent at telling me how to take care of all the new plantings, and why plants were placed where they are. He called a few weeks after installation to see how the plants were doing and to see if I had any questions. When I called him later, during a particularly hot and dry spell, with concerns about some of the trees, he made a special trip to make sure all the plants were OK.

EXCELLENT!!! John from Greenskeeper did a great job designing and installing my new landscape. The crew and equipment the company has is impressive, especially his hydroseeder which was used to seed my yard. The professionalism that John and his entire crew demonstrated was superb. John took the time to listen & understand exactly what we wanted! My husband is in the construction field and has dealt with many landscapers but Greenskeeper proved to be superior! Even though we knew it would be pricey to do what we wanted, we absolutely got our monies worth and then some!!

Made call to them for service. Responded immediately. Told me they would be there the next day in AM and were there. Did exactly what I asked them to do and very well priced!

We were happy with the service provided by Greenskeeper Company. They show up when they said they were going to show up. They played with the things we picked out. I had told them what I wanted and they did exactly that. That was good. They cleaned up very well and made sure that no debris was left around. We weren’t happy with one part of the project. However, they sent their people back and fixed it. So they clearly wanted us to be happy which was good. I would use them again in the future.

Project went very well. Greenskeepers understood what I hoped to accomplish and executed the plan. He was responsive to my suggestions in the course of the work and was creative in his approach.

John was very prompt and professional with his estimate of services. We went back and forth, a bit, on the price and then altered to job somewhat to keep it within our budget. Once the work started, he and his crew arrived when promised and finished promptly. On the planting stage the work was completed in one day. Everything looks great. We are very glad we found him.

So far the job is going excellent. The contractor is very professional and always on time. He calls and checks what is going on.

The owner, John Ferrucci, directly oversaw the project. He arrived promptly at the designated time for the estimate, gave me a firm date the work would be done and completed the project on time. When an unexpected issue arose he was proactive in helping solve the problem. I would certainty use this company again.

John the owner came to the house to price the job. He called back promptly with the estimate and we told him that we were worried about hidden costs. We had been burned before. He offered to put the estimate in writing and sign it assuring us that there would be no hidden cost. The estimate was good, with no hidden costs. the finished product was a beautiful, professional retaining wall. They started when they said they would, the timeline was precise. They also cleaned up everything including the neighbors yard that was effected by the machinery that needed to brought in on their property. My lawn, as well as the neighbor's lawn, was hydroseeded immediately after the wall was erected. The owner, John, was there for the demolition of the wall and stopped by every day, during construction to oversee. We are very happy with the service and will definitely hire them again.
