+ -1 moreThis was a foreclosed property and had no furnace, or kitchen, all the light fixtures had been removed and some of the bathroom fixtures as well. Dan came in and gave me the best quote of all the contractors I spoke with (he was also the nicest and seemed to really care about his work). This was a 203K project and he was very patient with all the paperwork that entailed and oversaw all the inspections and subcontractors on the project. I've never done anything like this myself, and his advice and assistance throughout was invaluable!
Description of Work: installed shower, toilet and sinks in two bathrooms, removed kitchen window and patched over it, installed kitchen cupboards (upper and lower), installed kitchen counter and sink, oversaw all the electrical and plumming work on the house. Also installed handrails and interior doors.
