She's pretty good. She does a good, clean job. She's a nice woman and she gets here on time. She's very good about certain things, like floors and bathrooms.

After I purchased the deal, the provider quickly responded and said she would check her schedule for my requested dates (all Fridays). I said Fridays were best for me, but could arrange a different day if necessary. She said she has no Fridays available. Since her page states she works Mon-Fri, this was already a red flag for me. If I had known Fridays weren't an option, I never would have bought the deal. I happened to have a vacation week coming up, so I asked if she had any availability (on any day) during that week. Never received a response. Another month went by while I was busy and traveling, so I wasn't too concerned about the work. In mid October, I attempted to contact the provider again. Again I said that Fridays were preferred, but I could make special arrangements if necessary. I just wanted to get my money's worth at this point. Left several phone calls and email messages over a 2 week period, and received no response, so I complained to Angie's List and requested the deal be swapped out with a different company. While I was conversing with the Angie's List rep, they must have contacted the provider, and she finally contacted me and apologized for being out of touch, but I went ahead with a different company anyway. I preferred to take my business elsewhere. The alternate company accommodated my Friday schedule and I was very pleased with the work.

Neutral rating as service not performed. Only call was to set up appointment and provider started with excuses: 1. bad review was reviewer's fault because he didn't give a chance 2. coupon description isn't "quite"right so another customer misunderstood services 3. cleaning may take more time than coupon states. She kept repeating it might take time so it seemed like a it was a given instead of a precaution. First impression just didn't feel right so service was not used. Rating a phone call might be unfair which is why a neutral rating was given.

Pleasant, bright, diligent, detail oriented and careful person. Gets things clean unlike others I've employed who pass a mop over a stain once and if it doesn't clean away, don't go over it until it clean.

After I initially purchased the Big Deal, the provider did respond to me, but I have not been able to reach them since. I have made several attempts over the last couple of weeks to reach them by phone, with no response. We finally had to do the work ourselves and request a refund from Angie’s List.

Once Melinda got there she was very nice and did a great job cleaning. I feel bad not giving her a great review but she didn't show up for the first appt because of some personal issues and and did not notify me. She was then hard to get in touch with. That being said i would feel comfortable giving her another chance.

Cleaned kitchen and bathroom, top to bottom. Dusted and mopped living and dining room. Very professional,friendly.
