I called the company at 7:30 AM and spoke to the lady on the phone. I told her that we had found a bug this morning and killed it. At first we thought it was a tick but when it exploded and popped that easily, we thought it might be a bed bug. I was beyond freaking out and was unsure what to do. I got a call back at 10:30 and was told that someone would be out that afternoon on their way back as no one was currently in town. Around 2 they showed up. He was a very friendly guy and asked us some questions and double checked the bed. He could have easily told us that there was a problem and given us a quote and I would have believed him but instead he was honest and told us there was no evidence of bed bugs and that it was most likely a tick. He also told us to save it next time if we can (if there is a next time) and they will be able to better tell. He did not charge us. I defitely trust them to be honest and truthful and if a problem arises ever again, they will be my first phone call.

I can't say enough about this family-owned company. The customer service is impeccable. They show they truly care about their customers by always making themselves available to accommodate my schedule and the prices are very affordable. They are truly a professional team, I would highly recommend them to treat your home. There is honestly no better pest control company out there.

Reliable Pest Termite Control was pretty honest. We thought we had a problem with mice so he checked and told us we didn't. He gave us free mice traps to put around the house and said to call him if we found anything so he could treat it. His wife who answers the phone is very nice.

They are prompt and knowledgeable. Their work has been effective. Their pricing is reasonable. I would recommend them to others.

After many attempts to rid our house of bees which had taken up residence inside our roof, I gave up and called Reliable. Luckily, they were leaving another job in town and the friendly employee (actually one of two brothers who run the company) showed up within fifteen minutes of my call(!!) He went to work on the problem and the bees were gone within one day. A great experience overall.

THEY GOT RID OF THE TERMITES, SO I GUESS I WOULD SAY THAT THEY ARE EFFECTIVE. THE BARRIER THAT THEY INSTALLED HAS KEPT WORKING. I CAN SAY I GOT MY MONEY'S WORTH.
