My new floors are absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased. Perry and his son were quick, professional and talented. They used beautiful white oak and my floors are beyond what I had hoped for. I joke to friends that the floor is so perfect it looks fake, but I suppose that wouldn't be a compliment for something so real and lovely. Thanks again!

We had a partially finished sunroom that we wanted completing. Bill offered some great ideas when we initially met with him and listened to our ideas too. His team were very professional and finished the work in a timely manor. Bill was always very clear with his timelines and set correct expectations. We will certainly be hiring Bill & his team again.

After having to take out a floor partially installed be Home Depot, because of defective product and poor installation,, we had Perry Olson install a different product. It went smoothly and with very good workmanship. The workers were pleasant and focused. This was like " night and day" from our HD experience.

Everything went well. He started and finished when he said he would, at the price he quoted. He said we would love our refinished floors and we do.

Unquestionably, he is the best that I have ever used. Perfect jobs every time, a lot of attention to detail, and he showed up at exactly the designated time.

He had a sub for the actual work. We've had trouble for over a year involving floor problems because it was refinished poorly by somebody else. We're trying to save old parquet. The old refinisher ripped a hole in the floor and then said we had to rip it all up because we had moisture in the floor, which we did not. We're currently in the middle of a potential lawsuit for that. We had floor bids and chose this guy. It was the best experience we could have possibly had. The installer was phenomenal. Pery was here every day doing a lot of the checking. The installer had a helper when he needed it. They cleaned up every night; this was totally different from before. They did not make a mess. They were extremely pleasant and nice to deal with. They were professional in all ways. I can't recommend him highly enough. They had to work around a lot of funny angles. They really did a beautiful job, and they were nice to have around. They were nice and polite. It was really a pleasant experience. He did extremely good quality workmanship.
