We were required by our homeowners insurance company to replace our master electric panel. Mr Sparky's representative examined the existing panel, asked several questions, and discovered that, in order to come up to code, we needed a ground in another area of the house. He was impressive, so I hired Mr. Sparky. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable cost. To satisfy the insurer, Mr. Sparky's workers took photographs of the panel work, which I sent to the insurer. The insurer approved the panel work. The town's building inspector's office inspected all of the work and approved it. If we need electrical work again, we'll look to Mr. Sparky.

The first time we hired Mr. Sparky to help with the installation of a tankless hot water heater and moving the basement switch up above the flood zone code requirement, Jay Fontes was very professional and did quality work. He always called before he arrived or if he run a little late. Then he explained how the work is going to be done and also his crew went over everything they had done once they were finished. The second time we hired this company was when we had a partial lost of power to our house. Jay came to do the assessment and found the problem right away then came to fix it in a timely fashion. We will continue to hire them for future jobs.
