While tech could have made recommendation for service upgrade in anticipation of installing central air; he assured me that my service was more than adequate. Saved me lots of $$$$$

Very professional and efficient. Somewhat pricier than other quotes but their company is bonded, insured, licensed and the had quality technicians. Their projects are based on flat rates and they show you their pricing schedule. Work is warranted. Very happy with this project.

Hey charge just to come to the house.

Disappointed had work done and three switches replaced. One switch stopped working 10 days after they fixed it. Called and they said they will come out and fix it again. After they read a Disclaimer kinda got from the disclaimer that is if they find it to be another issue it would cost me more money. How as a non electrician would I know if it is or is not the same issue. Don’t what to bad mouth the business because at this point I don’t know the entire outcome. But if they already fixed it shouldn’t it stay working?

The technicians were competent and professional. Although I knew I had an emergency, I didn't know how serious it was. In less than 48 hours, I had a resolution to my situation and could sleep with confidence again.

I thought the price was a little high, but I may be out of touch. The technician worked efficiently and was very tidy.

Very expensive. Would NOT give an upfront cost after finding the issues that included PARTS and labor. Charged $96 for a $10 switch. Also I was called at 12:30 MN to set up an appointment after checking off it was NOT an emergency. Over all an entirely bad experience.

This company took advantage of my elderly parents that are on disability. They charged them over $1,000 to repair a old splice in a junction box that was in the basement and to replace 3 outlets. It took the electrician 4.5 hrs to complete this. Half that time he was trying to sell them on a monthly program that would save them 15% on their next bill if they used them again with in the year. They are still having electrical issues with the 3 outlets that he replaced. My recommendation is to stay away from this company. They are a rip off and will try to sell you a monthly service that most people do not need or will never use.

The electrician was qualified, knowledgeable and did install a ceiling fan. Their pricing was outrageous, over $800. to install a ceiling fan and an outlet.
