this contractor is a crook and is completely incompetent as a builder or a human being. He stole my money after flooding my entire home. He is still out there ruining peoples houses. Beware. I have reported him to the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Contractors Board and the legal case is still in litigation.
Description of Work: I hired this company to tear off a roof on a cape house to change to a colonial. They took off the roof, left a tarp with holes in it covering the house before a torential rain storm. The whole house was completely flooded and ruined. Emanual Pimental took all my money and never returned it or finished the job since I had lost complete faith in his competency after flooding my entire house. He will not return my money. I had to borrow thousands of dollars from the bank to restore this home with a new contractor.
