Over the phone, the Ferreira team was super professional. I described the issue in detail, and he let me know that they were booked until early the following week. As it wasn't urgent (only affected some lighting), I scheduled a service call for Monday mid-day. Right on time on Monday, a team of two showed up and set about diagnosing the source of the problem. An hour and a half and a couple wiring changes later, everything was back and in better condition than before! The lead electrician explained everything they were doing as they went through, and helped me to understand the wiring in our home better than I had before. And all this at a very reasonable price - almost all labor, and $5 worth of materials.

Justin arrived on time, and got right to the job. He was quick, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Once the fan was installed, he explained the remote and operating functions. Very thorough. Ferreira Electric is now my go-to for any electrical needs.

Mike responded promptly to calls and came to assess our needs. Made recommendations and sent an itemized estimate the following day. Arranged an appointment the following week and the work was done in a few hours with his helper. They vacumed after their work. Very pleased with his work.

They first came a few weeks prior to replace some breakers since I was having issues with my lights and told me about the damage that was happening due to a leaky outside cable coming into the circuit breaker. They also showed me the damage and explained it thoroughly to me. They let me know it wasn't something I had to do immediately but would need to be done. I requested a quote and they came out again to give me an estimate. I then booked them to come out and was given a date and time along with letting me know I would be without power for 4-5 hours. They arrived as scheduled and the job was done in about 5 hours at the cost quoted. They were friendly, professional, prompt, and responsive. I would definitely recommend them for any electrical issues.

Mike Ferreira came out and gave me an estimate after a very thorough look at what I needed and followed up quickly with a reasonable price. He and his son arrived on time on the scheduled day and worked pretty much non-stop until the work was complete. When they were done his son did a very thorough clean up. Before I retired I spent 42 years in the fire alarm industry and dealt with countless electricians and other contractors. Based on that experience I believe I can gauge how comfortable I'm going to be dealing with someone. I was comfortable with Mike from the beginning, and throughout the job. He is very professional, courteous and thorough in his work. I will definitely call him again and recommend him to others.

Mike Ferriera had installed two bathroom fan/light units for us in October 2013. We were pleased with his efficient and professional, though friendly manner, so we called him again this summer to prepare our two-door two-car garage for installation of garage door openers. He was on time for the appointment and got right to work. Seemed like a straightforward task at first but there was some strategy involved in wiring to meet code, which he worked out and implemented efficiently after consulting with us regarding options. With the outlets installed, we were able to have the doors installed with no glitches. I would recommend Ferriera Electric for any electrical job - simple or complicated, large or small.

Very professional and prompt! was there when they said they would be and actually changed their schedule to accommodate us! they installed all necessary electrical work to ensure a new lift would work properly! reasonable too! even thought it was a small job, they treated us and the work with respect! would hire them again for sure!
