After contacting Tim Fallon on approximately 7/1. He promptly visited us and provided an estimate. Approximately 7/15 we agreed to use him. Then followed several delays coupled with the assurance he would squeeze us in before the end of the year. He did schedule us for the power wash and showed up to do it. By this time it was mid October. Shortly after that, he apparently had hurt his ankle and notified us would not be able to fit us in this year. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt on the injury, but there were so many repeated delays prior to this. His emails would be very confident that we were only a few days from starting. I would therefore NOT recommend his services.
Description of Work: Power wash the house. Prepare the surface. Caulk and seal as necessary. Prime and paint siding and trim. Two year Guarentee.

I am suprised at this customer's review: In July when we agreed on the work I told him I had a full schedule however I would do my best to do the work for him before the end of the season. He was fine with this and knew there was a possibility I might not be able to do the work as we were extremely busy & there were many more customers ahead of him. After staying in touch with him many times I explained that we were running behind schedule and that I was not going to rush through and cut corners on customers homes I was currently doing work on...I dont do that .. just so I could paint his home before the season was over and if I was able to do his home he could expect the same. He thanked me and liked my work ethic and said he completly understood and asked me to stay in touch with him ..and I did. I remained optimistic and and told him I would do my best. He said that was fine. I did power wash his home along with 4 other homes that day that were on the schedule ahead of him and he gladly paid me for the power wash.Shortly after that I dislocated my shoulder and injured my back working on my own home on the weekends and could not work..When I do a job I am on the job and site every day. I dont hire sub contractors nor do I drop men off and leave the job I remain on the job to to make sure the quality of my work remains high. He knows that and thats one of the main reasons he wanted me to do the work. I promptly notified him of my injuries and offered to put him in the first position in the spring even though others customers were already on the spring schedule. He was very understanding and nice to me and thanked me and said he would contact me and told me to get well soon. Needless to say I am shocked over his remarks. If I am going to work on your home I am NOT going to rush through the work just so I can get to the next job. I cant control the weather nor am I at fault for getting injured. All the years I have been providing great high quality services for many new and repeat customers this is issue is unnecessary. This customer should have contacted me and discussed this with me in stead of misrepresenting the truth. Timmy Fallon . ... ... . .. .

I guess you have forgotten... I power washed home which was covered with dirt and black mold from top to bottom you paid me for the power wash that day as is my practice for payment you agreed no problem....Shortly after you called me and requested I drop everything I was doing ...like walk off a customers job I was on...(which I never do ..once I start a job I stay there until the current customers jop is complete) You almost demanded I come to your home immediately and paint over existing paint that was peeling and cracked ..basically falling off on the trim and other areas on your home..Totally unprepped wood...It was in bad shape. In all my years of business Ive' never heard of such a thing....And the REASON???? Because your wife was having a party and wanted to dress things up. I immediately with out any doubt flatly refused and explained to you that I dont do that kind of work and never have and I never will..After that ...and I mean no disrespect here ...your wife started calling me and demanding I come down and do the slap the paint on work for the party...Now this went on for more than a week with daily calls and I finally got through too you that I do not do that kind of work never did never will and it was bordering on insanity. You at that point agreed with me and appologized for all the harassing calls then you said "it would be like " putting lipstick on a pig" I FULLY AGREED!! Within a short time after that you started calling again asking when I was going to do the job. And after I didnt respond within 2 business days which is unusual fo me.. You left a very nasty message on my voice mail...Do you remember that message? Because I do and so do my wife and daughter. I still have a copy of that message today. And you try to ruin my good name with this posting on angies list? Im a family man ..I have a wife and a daughter that were both quite frightened by your threats that you were going to call someone and find out were we lived and you were going to pay us a visit! For what? I couldnt believe what I was hearing. Do you honestly think I was going to do any work for you.......ever? You frightened my wife and daughter! I owe you nothing. I washed your home with my guys and we worked a full day doing it and you paid me. I did the work and you paid me for it! Thats it. I dont owe you any money or anything else. I still have the recording. I again will notify the authorities.

Tim and his crew did a superb job. The color is even and uniformly saturated. There are no missed spots, no uneven edges, no mystery droplets on the floor or furniture. On top of that, he came exactly when he said he would, and came every day like clockwork until the job was finished. He communicated with me when it was necessary to go over details. He and his crew members were pleasant, polite and professional. I will be using them again for any future interior or exterior work. A+!
Description of Work: Tim painted all rooms in my house (except for the kitchen and study) over a two week period. This included a guest room, two hallways, a very large living/dining area, a master bedroom and some wood trim in the basement.

Tim Fallon is a great painter. He was recommended to me several years ago and we have used him for a bunch of projects. He has always been very professional, on time and the price has always been pretty reasonable. I recommend him highly to anyone interested in having a job done right.

Quick to return phone call & on time for free estimate meeting; provided written estimate, spelling out specifically what would be done; provided local references w/phone numbers & addresses so I could both talk to the homeowners & see his work; convinced me that the work should be done on his preferred schedule (August), rather than mine (September); required $300 down-payment upon acceptance of job, then half of remainder when he started & the other half when he was finished;was unable to perform some detail work that I requested, but contracted the job out to a friend for a reasonable cost; always left site clean, no spilled paint; finished job promptly; agreed to touch-up one area that he had missed when I pointed it out.
Description of Work: Power-washed all exterior of over-sized 2-story Cape, plus 2-car garage; treated mildewed areas; repaired and/or replaced worn trim & shingles; scraped painted areas, then painted; applied stain (paint) to all the rest of home.

They did everything, and after a very short time, we started noticing some airspots showing through. Then the paint started to bubble. The garage door then started cracking and peeling. This was all within a year of the job. We kept calling and he kept saying "we'll be there next week," but he never did show. We sent him a certified letter, and he never picked it up. It's been frustrating.
Description of Work: They painted our house, trim, garage doors and deck.
