I have been using them from 1971 and I never had problems like I had this year. I wrote a letter to the customer service team too but never got a response. I had mailed it so I know that they got it and I was not happy. One of the main problems with them is I never get somebody local when I call. They told me that certain thing was not available to me and then when I called back again for a problem and they said that it is not true. They do not know what they are doing. The people that come out are the only ones who are good.
Description of Work: I use Verizon Wireless for T.V, telephone, wireless phone and computer service.
