He was payed for his work bit the city would not except it due to measurements not being right and now wants me to pay $2600 for fix his mistakes . He should know what the set backs need to be or at least change them to be right.

You are a builder right? Would you build me a house for free? We do not provide free service I have the right to give you an estimate and you have the right to shop around and get estimates. I do not have any business relationship with you and never received any payment from you. Subdivision plan was approved by city for another developer that we worked for and you bought the lot and inquired over the phone about shifting house and adding a deck and proposing a larger driveway. We gave you an estimate, no payment was made and no service was provided. 40 yrs in business not one complaint.

Mr. Freij was on property within 24 hours of my phone call. Survey and paperwork completed within 48 hours. The city required 2 changes which were submitted within hours of each request. He went above and beyond what I would consider the norm. He was professional, friendly, polite and stayed in touch via phone, email, and text. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a surveyor.
Description of Work: We purchased the lot next to our home and were required to go through the city for merger paperwork. The Administrative Subdivision paperwork required a Class 1 survey. We called 4 providers and Mr. Freij came in below the average cost for the same service.
