A++. We recently had our ceramic tiles in our kitchen replaced with hardwood. Fred and his team were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and did an excellent job with our project. Removal of ceramic tiles (and damaged original hardwoods), installation and finishing of new hardwoods were all done impeccably. The floors look amazing! Fred and his team answered all of our questions, shared their advice, and presented viable options at each step. The cost of the job was very reasonable and they stuck to their schedule as laid out in the beginning. I would highly recommend East Bay Quality Hardwood for any flooring project. 5 stars.

Lowest price and exceptional quality

Fred was very responsive and explained the wood finishing process in detail. These floors were white oak strip flooring that needed some repair and were not re-finished for many years. The repairs were excellent and made the floor look like new. Work was finished as scheduled. Work site was left clean and ready for furniture. Fred recommended the finish and provided pictures of prior work. I will use Fred when I'm ready to re-finish the upstairs rooms.

I am happy with my floors.My place was left dust free and clean.Answered all my questions with good answers and reasons why. Return my calls and worked with me ,when work had to be delayed do to weather. I like the fact that he had pictures of other jobs he had done to give me a good idea of what they can do. I'm glad I chose East Bay :-)

Fred was up-front and transparent when he came to give me a quote. Unlike others who quoted my whole-house hardwood floor refinishing job, he took the time to explain the process in detail (e.g., the need to seal the floors before finishing, a step I was not aware of) and give me an accurate estimate of the timeline to complete the job, and a fair/competitive price that included everything, so he got the job on the spot. The job was done on time and the floors look beautiful.
