Fred was always letting me know what was going on with my floors. He was very respectful and helpful. My floors came out really good, better than I expected. I would recommend Fred's company to family and friends.

Fred Cabral is a man that backs up what he says by doing an outstanding job. Response to request for estimate was within a day; quote was submitted in a timely manner after reviewing the job; ,Fred explained clearly the work that would be done and explained how he would repair damage and and remedy problems left from the original wood floor installation. Our hardwood floors were sanded,repaired, sealed and finished Ln time according to the schedule that was provided. The work performed was of high quality and we will use East Bay Services again.

Fred and company sanded & refinished a drab old veneer parquet floor. Beautiful job, great attention to detail, etc. Unlike many contractors, showed up when he said he would. Sealed off the room, so virtually no dust elsewhere. They weren't the lowest price, but their work increased the value of our house several times more than the price.

Fred was excellent to work with and provided us with all the information we needed. We needed to have the job done in a certain timeframe and he delivered.
