+ -1 moreServiceman was very nice, however was two hours late and did not call to say that he was delayed. I had to call the shop to ask if he was still coming. I had been quoted anywhere from $85-$150 dollars for labor depending on the time it took to replace the part. It took approximately 40 minutes to complete the job and I was charged $120 for labor which was disappointing. I only wish I could make $200+ an hour to do something that is second nature to me.
Description of Work: replace refrigerator thermostat.

+ -1 moreI LIKE THE WORK THIS COMPANY DOES, BUT I THINK HE'S VERY EXPENSIVE. HE'S ALWAYS BUSY SO IT TAKES AWHILE TO GET HIM TO COME OUT GET TO THE JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS GUY BECAUSE HE DOES GOOD WORK.
Description of Work: I HIRED THIS COMPANY TO REPLACE THE BURNERS IN MY STOVE.

+ 0 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL. THEY KNOW THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY TOOK AWAY ALL THEIR DEBRIS. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND THEIR MANNERS.
Description of Work: THE DISHWASHER WOULD NOT PUMP THE WATER OUT BECAUSE A GLASS BROKE AND PLUGGED IT UP. THEY TOOK OUT THE PUMP SO THEY COULD CLEAN OUT THE BROKEN GLASS.

+ -1 moreTHIS IS A VERY REPUTABLE COMPANY. I HAVE USED THEM ON MANY DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. THEY ARE VERY TRUSTWORTHY. I HAVE NOT BEEN HOME WHEN THEY HAVE DONE WORK FOR ME, AND THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A PROBLEM.
