Wentzel Burner Service

Excellent. Both times I've called Wentzel Burner Service they've responded exceptionally quickly, getting to my house within a couple hours despite the distance and having my heat restored shortly thereafter. They've been friendly and affordable, and have gone out of their way to explain both the issues and the way the whole system works. It hasn't just been a repair, but a friendly and educational experience. I highly recommend them and will continue reaching out to them if I have further issues.

Great service

he provider did no work . he did not show up in a Plumber’s truck, and brought no tools, which seem to me to be suspect,. His “diagnosis“ was incorrect. He recommended that no work needed to be performed, and it wasn’t necessary. Which turned out not to be the case I had a circulator pump replaced by another provider at additional expense.

It went very well , They were here to fix things that morning I called and they stayed till they found the problem and fixed it.

Two person team came on a Friday, diagnosed problem promptly and kept me in the loop as to their arrival times and when the part arrived. Very reasonable price and would hire Erick again!

Liam, Erick, and his wife were extremely professional and unbelievably helpful when my air conditioning unit started having problems. They were prompt and explained everything. They even gave us tips on maintaining our system throughout the year. We have definitely found our go-to company for anything HVAC related! All of this wonderful customer service and a solution at a really reasonable price too! Highly recommended!

Eric and his crew did an awesome job. Work ethic is beyond belief. Owner came out 2 weeks later to see how system was running and also to drop off some air filters. Already hired him to clean and maintenance the furnace and compressors in the spring. Highly recommend.

Great! Erick was professional and timely. He took the time to explain the issue and what he needed to do to get me up and running. He listened to the information I had regarding my oil tank filter and thus avoided an issue there. I would highly recommend Wentzel burner service. They remember what customer service means and put it into action. As an aside, I had never heard of Wentzel until my boiler stopped working on Memorial Day weekend, so this is a first impression review.

They did a very good job and the service was excellent. They were very friendly and thorough.

I called Erick to install a gas line in my kitchen to convert an old electric stove to gas. He was prompt in his response, super professional and very clean while working in my newly renovated kitchen. The job was quick but he was sure to answer all of my questions and explained things in a way that actually made sense to me. Overall it was a very good experience, and I would hire him again if another project comes up.

Got me out of a jammed, showed up on time and fixed the problem. Eric was very professional and relieved my wife’s concerns by explain everything he was doing. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this company they came out and replaced my boiler in record time. Did not leave a mess everything working perfectly. I also had them come out to check for a foul odor that was in my home that I was concerned was a gas leak thankfully it wasn’t but he came out at 9 o’clock at night to do it. Also have had this company service my grandmothers boiler that’s probably 30 years old And still working in perfect condition because of them!!
