prompt return calls. set up a short lead time appointment and actually came ahead of schedule, he did call prior to showing up and asked if earlier would be OK. The job was done professionally, timely and I was provided with a full assessment of both my fireplace and furnace flues and chimney.

Mr Murphy is hard working, polite, and courtious. He is doing this as a second source of income. He was not experienced with my type of stove, and did not have all the necessary tools.
